Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano expects Donald Trump Jr to be indicted by the office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
During an interview with SiriusXM radio on Wednesday, Napolitano was asked about Mueller’s recommendation of no prison time for Michael Flynn.
Flynn, the former national security adviser, has given Mueller’s team ‘substantial assistance’ in the ongoing investigation into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 elections.
Both Russia and the Trump campaign have denied any wrongdoing.
According to the sentencing memo released on Tuesday, Flynn has also been helping the Special Counsel in other criminal investigations, though details of those were redacted.

Last month, Vanity Fair reported that Don Jr was telling people close to him that he expects to be indicted soon
Napolitano appears frequently on Fox & Friends, the Fox News morning show frequently watched by Donald Trump.
He thinks the investigation is moving closer to the President’s inner circle, according to Mediaite.
When asked if he thought someone close to the President will be indicted, he replied: ‘Yes. I don’t know who, but I do know that Donald Jr has told friends he expects to be indicted.’
‘Do you expect he’d be indicted?’ Abrams asked Napolitano.
‘Yes,’ Napolitano replied.
Last month, Vanity Fair reported that Don Jr was telling people close to him that he expects to be indicted soon.
Napolitano, a lawyer who was appointed New Jersey Superior Court judge before he became a media commentator and professor, said he is not sure if Jared Kushner, the President’s son-in-law and senior adviser, will also be indicted.
In June 2016, Kushner and Don Jr took part in a meeting at Trump Tower with a Russian lawyer promising dirt on Hillary Clinton.
Don Jr has reportedly gave conflicting accounts of the meeting in statements to Congress and the press.

One source speculated to Vanity Fair that Mueller could indict him for lying to investigators about whether he told his father in advance about the Trump Tower meeting.
Trump Jr's lawyer, Alan Futerfas, denied the report, saying: 'Don never said any such thing, and there is absolutely no truth to these rumors.'
Napolitano told SiriusXM that he does think Jerome Corsi, the radio host and conspiracy theorist, will also face charges related to the Russia investigation.
Corsi told Trump adviser Roger Stone about a planned Wikileaks dump of Democratic emails two months before it happened, Mueller's investigators are reported to have found.
Corsi is alleged to have told Stone in August 2016 that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was planning two 'very damaging' releases before the presidential election.
Napolitano said he believes Jerome Corsi (left), a pro-Trump conspiracy theorist, will also be indicted, though he is not sure about Jared Kushner (right), the President's son-in-law and senior adviser
John Dean, the former White House counsel in the Nixon administration, told CNN on Wednesday that he believes both Don Jr and Kushner will be indicted
Stone, who worked for Trump during his presidential campaign, is facing claims that he worked with WikiLeaks and right-wing writer Corsi to damage Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
He has denied coordination with WikiLeaks but the latest claims, reported by NBC News, suggest he asked Corsi to get in touch with Assange's organization.
Another cable news pundit agrees with Napolitano about Don Jr, though he also thinks Kushner is in trouble.
John Dean, the former White House counsel in the Nixon administration, told CNN on Wednesday that he believes both Don Jr and Kushner will be indicted.
‘He’s probably been told by the prosecutors that he’s a target,’ Dean said of the President’s eldest son.
‘That means that there’s - unless you’re going to cooperate, there’s going to be an indictment very likely following.
‘He’s not been called in front of a grand jury. That’s another sign that he’s being treated at arm’s length. So he’s got jeopardy.’
Dean said that Kushner could face charges for contacts he had with foreign governments during the transition.
‘Kushner, I will be surprised if he’s not indicted. I think he’s got problems,’ Dean said.
Dean served time in prison after he pleaded guilty to obstructing justice as part of the Nixon White House’s efforts to cover up crimes related to the Watergate scandal.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
