«Breaking News» Emma Forbes, 53, highlights her trim figure in a form-fitting halterneck swimsuit in Barbados

Emma Forbes was continuing to flaunt her trim figure on Friday, as she continued to soak up the sun in Barbados. 

And the presenter, 53, enjoyed another gorgeous day in the Caribbean as she spent the day with her husband Graham Clempson.

Emma showcased her svelte physique as she slipped into a blue halterneck swimsuit, which fit snugly on her frame.

Emma styled her brunette locks into a tousled style, while she shielded her eyes from the brilliant sunshine with a pair of stylish shades.

Going barefoot as she enjoyed a dip in the ocean, she opted to add a touch of sparkle to her outfit with a gold pendant necklace. 

The radio presenter looked blissful as she took in the sun and strolled along the beach with Graham walking beside her.

Emma recently confessed her secret to looking fabulous at 50 when she appeared on ITV's Loose Women in June 2017.

Of her lifestyle change, she told panellists: 'I had my children and never lost my baby weight. It's fine when kids are aged two or three, but there’s a problem when they are 20.

'For me, I wanted to lose that weight. I didn’t recognise myself. You don’t look at that section of you.'

She continued: 'Everyone made such a big deal about me turning 50 and were like are you gonna have a party? But I just wanted a change. You're very vulnerable at 50.

Emma is mother to Lily, 21, and Sam, 19, from her 31-year marriage to wealthy financier Graham Clempson, whom she has been married to for 31 years.

The blonde bombshell married the banker in a romantic ceremony in September 1987. And Emma claimed it was her children leaving home which also prompted her to take action and change her lifestyle.

She said: 'I had empty nest syndrome and I didn’t want to be at home and eating. I just thought, have a lifestyle change.

'I didn’t want surgery. I'd end up on Botched. I thought it's time to get on top of health. So I gave up sugar and I walked. I hiked up mountains.'

Showing off her new blonde locks, Emma said she decided to change her hair colour on a whim within the last 24 hours when on the show.

She said: 'That’s what happens when you're 50 and hormonal. You do radical things.

'It only happened in the last in the 24 hours. I just thought it would be fun a bit of reinvention. My husband said I’ve always preferred blonde hair. Been with him 30 years!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
