So Davina McCall hit out at her haters as she stripped down to a tiny bikini to show off her incredible abs in an Instagram post on Sunday. 

Proving to be her own best advert for her upcoming fitness DVD, the 51-year-old presenter looked sensational in her swimwear as she reasoned she 'doesn't care' what anyone thinks about her.

Beaming broadly, the mother-of-three looked phenomenal in a nautical style sttiped bikini that offered a look at her impeccably toned physique. 

She captioned the snap: 'Yay you lucky people ... it’s dvd time ( Boxing Day #powerboxandtone ) which can only mean one thing. Gratuitous pictures of me in a bikini ... 

'Dont care what you think I feel good in my skin. And leading a healthy life is a huge part of why I feel body positive. I don’t judge anyone for the life they choose or the shape they are . Life is too frickin short ...

She said: 'It’s not like ‘I’m going to be at work all day and I’m going to cook dinner for you.'

'We are in a massive time of change. It’s like ‘this is how you can be a man, and find your way as a man and stand next to a woman and support her and she will support you.'

She told TV presenter Matt Johnson and life coach Ben Bidwell in an episode set to air on Sunday: 'I am a happy person generally. My glass is always half full. However, I lost that. I went to the darkest of places and I thought I had nothing left.

'I was going to break. Snap. I am very happy in my own company now, but it's taking a long time to get here.'

She added: 'I had a hole in my heart and it was like a sieve. When I tried to fill it up — boys, drugs — it would just go through and nothing would ever block up the hole.

'So it would never fill up and drugs would temporarily fill it and I would feel amazing, whole, loved, cherished and then I would go back to hurting.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
