Bodycam footage has been released of an incident that shows former San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster, 24, and his ex-girlfriend dealing with police after neighbors called the cops on them for having a loud argument.
The video was shot around a month before Foster was arrested for allegedly attacking her in Tampa, Florida.
The domestic dispute between Foster and Elissa Ennis occurred on October 12 in Santa Clara, California at an apartment complex.

Foster is asked several times to come and speak to the officer by the car but he refuses and he is then cuffed
The NFL linebacker is seen answering the door when police knocked and eventually his ex Ennis comes out to talk to them as well.
Foster appeared to be in a daze of some sort and refuses to give police his name or any kind of identification.
Throughout, the police officers remain courteous respectful while they continue to ask Foster what the cause of the row was but he stubbornly refuses to give them any further information.
At one point, Foster's is placed in handcuffs while police attempt to talk to Ennis.
Police explain that an argument was heard by residents living nearby and the officers were obliged to carry out a welfare check as a result of the complaint.
Ennis told cops the couple were arguing after she found something on Reuben's phone
She also told police she had not taken her anti-depressant medication that day
Ennis eventually breaks down telling the officer: 'Everything is not okay,' and that she found things that had upset her on Foster's phone.
She also explained how she had been taking anti-depression medication but had not taken her pills on the day police were called out.
When an officer asked her whether the pair had been hitting one another, she also refused to give a straight answer.
Ultimately, neither Foster or Ennis were cited or arrested for the incident.
However, the encounter appears to have been a precursor for what was to come.
Just one month later, Foster was arrested for domestic violence in Tampa after allegedly pushing Ennis in the chest and slapping her.
He was cut by the 49ers the next day, but claimed by the Redskins just days later.
Ennis appeared on Good Morning America Thursday to tell her story, and claimed the Niners tried to discredit her story.
Ennis said on Thursday that she thought her boyfriend would change after months of sustained abuse
Ennis shared photographs of her injuries from the night of the alleged attack. The fight started when she threatened to tell Foster's new girlfriend that he had flown her to Florida from California to be with him
Foster was arrested for domestic violence but was released on a $2,000 bond the next day
She told GMA that was 'shocked' that Foster was picked up another team - the Washington Redskins - so soon after his release by the 49ers.
'When he got signed, I was like, `I can't believe somebody picked him up,'' Ennis said during her first public comments about the incident. 'I just couldn't believe somebody picked him up in less than, how many hours? I was shocked.'
Foster is currently on the commissioner's exempt list, meaning he cannot play while the league continues its investigation into the alleged incident.
Ennis alleges that Foster slapped and pushed her on November 24, resulting in bruises, scratches and a concussion.
The alleged incident took place in Tampa, Florida ahead of the 49ers' game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Ennis told GMA that Foster invited her to Florida to discuss their relationship, which the pair had put on hold.
In February, Ennis told police Foster (they are shown above in May arriving at court) punched her repeatedly in a separate attack. She later recanted the claims, saying instead that her injuries were from a fight with a woman and that she was trying to get money out of her ex-boyfriend. Now, she says her 'lie' was a lie and that she was trying to protect him
Ennis said Foster got violent with her when she threatened to tell another woman Foster was dating that he had paid for Ennis to visit him.
Foster was released the next day before being picked up by the Redskins on November 27.
Ennis had previously accused Foster of violence against her in February but she recanted and those charges were dropped.
'Love will have you doing things that's not in your best interests,' Ennis told GMA. 'I did what I had to do for the person I love. I thought that he would change.'
She also accused members of the 49ers organization of bringing up that incident with police in Tampa in hopes of mitigating her latest charges.
'I have pictures of the 49ers coming up there trying to talk to the police, telling them I'm the same ex-girlfriend that lied,' Ennis told GMA.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
