A California farm tied to the nationwide recall of romaine lettuce is now recalling cauliflower, red leaf lettuce, and green leaf lettuce amid fears of an E. coli outbreak.
The source of the potential outbreak is Adam Bros Farming in Santa Maria, California, which was identified as at least one source of the contaminated romaine lettuce that led to an E. coli outbreak last month.
While no products have yet tested positive for E. coli, Adam Bros Farming said it is initiating the voluntary recall in cooperation with the FDA 'out of an abundance of caution'.
'Adam Bros Farming feels a strong commitment to its customers and has worked for years to provide a safe and healthy food supply,' it said in a statement.

'The recall was initiated after it was discovered that sediment from a reservoir near where the produce was grown tested positive for E. coli O157:H7.'
'Filtered and treated water from the reservoir may have come in contact with the produce after it was harvested.'
Adam Bros Farming added that none of the filtered, treated water has yet tested positive for E. coli and that all E. coli tests are returning negative.
The recall includes cauliflower, red leaf lettuce, and green leaf lettuce that was harvested between November 27 to November 30 and grown 'in particular fields'.
Adam Bros Farming said the recall does not involve all of its products and that no illnesses have yet been reported.

The recall comes just weeks after the CDC told Americans that no romaine lettuce was considered safe to eat.
Of the 59 people who were sickened across 15 states during the E. coli outbreak, 23 were hospitalized including two people who developed a type of kidney failure.
No deaths were reported.
Beyond warning consumers, the CDC also told all retailers and restaurants to stop serving and selling romaine until they learned more about the outbreak.
Most people infected with E. coli develop diarrhea and vomiting for a week. More severe infections can lead to kidney failure and even death.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
