«Breaking News» New Jersey man, 34, sues upscale male spa over alleged sex abuse

A New Jersey man is suing a five-star Manhattan male spa where a masseur allegedly touched him inappropriately between his buttocks and penis during a regular massage and facial session.

Ronnie Arnau and his new husband, Joey, paid a visit to the Living Fresh Mens Spa in Chelsea back in early September for what was intended to be a relaxing couple's day.

The alleged abuse began roughly ten minutes into the massage when masseur Pei Tian took a liking to Arnau's backside.

Tian began to focus 'exclusively on Arnau's buttocks for an inordinate amount of time, making Arnau very uncomfortable,' according to court documents obtained by the New York Post.

'As Arnau became more and more uncomfortable with Tian's focus on his buttocks, Tian moved his fingers below Arnau's buttocks and began caressing' his genitals.

At that point, Arnau 'completely froze' in discomfort over the alleged touching, which he did not consent to.

Tian allegedly removed his client's towel and asked him to lay on his back afterward, according to the suit.

Arnau then stood up and demanded Tian leave the room before he called police. Tian was arrested.

Arnau is now suing the spa where Tian allegedly caressed his genitals during a massage and facial session

Tian has been charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.

Arnau's attorney, Carrie Goldberg, told the Post Living Fresh dismissed Arnau's report about the alleged abuse.

'The spa - through their silence and inaction - condones the idea that gay men at gay spas are consenting to unwanted touching from staff,' Goldberg told the local newspaper.

'While people may laugh about the sexualization of spas - happy endings or locker room orgies - the vast majority of people go to spas for healing and relaxation – not sex.' 

Tian, who has been employed with the company for a decade, was not terminated from his position.

An unidentified employee claimed in a statement to the Post that there were no previous reports of sexual abuse against the masseur during his time working at the spa.

Living Fresh Mens Spa could not be reached for comment by DailyMail.com late Tuesday. 

A social media request for comment to Arnau was also not immediately returned.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
