«Breaking News» Judge tosses German beauty queen's $15 million STD suit against married boyfriend

A German beauty queen's STD lawsuit against her married hedge fund manager boyfriend has been tossed out.

Aline Marie Massel, 31, demanded $15million from her ex Robert Charles Gibbins, claiming he gave her HPV and pressured her to have an abortion.

But Massel won't be getting a penny after Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Barbara Jaffe threw out her lawsuit against the Autonomy Capital CEO.

Jaffee dismissed Massel's suit on Wednesday, saying her claims had already been rejected by a judge in the UK.

'[Massel] does not show that she attempted to seek appropriate relief from the British court,' Jaffe said in court on Wednesday.

'She offers no authority for the proposition that she is entitled to relief via a collateral attack [an attack on a prior judgement in a new case].'

A British judge ruled in March that Massel's STD claims were not credible because she never submitted medical tests proving that Gibbins gave her HPV.

Massel claimed in her lawsuit that Gibbins had insisted on having sex without a condom and never told her he was infected before they had sex.

The former Miss Germany International said she felt 'deceived and upset' with her married boyfriend, claiming he had been her only intimate partner since her last STD screening.

Massel said the couple continued to date after she caught HPV, revealing he took her on elaborate international trips and continued to pay for her Manhattan apartment.

But Massel said things turned sour when she fell pregnant, claiming that Gibbins demanded she get an abortion and that he vowed not to offer her any support, personally or financially, if she kept the baby.

Massel, now a Tesla model, claimed that Gibbins' attorney offered her money to have an abortion and warned 'how difficult it would be to raise a child alone'.

She said Gibbins' own wife texted her and said: 'Have the baby if you want it so much. I cannot wait to see you getting fat and ugly.'

Messel believed Gibbins hired a private detective to follow her until she had the abortion, according to the lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Gibbins accused Massel of faking the pregnancy and said she demanded $4.2million to get an abortion.

A representative for Gibbins, who is based in London, said the judge's decision 'confirms that Ms Massel and her attorneys only sought to extort Mr Gibbins and spread vicious lies about him in the process'.

Massel's attorney shot back that 'women are at a terrible disadvantage in England because proceedings are secret and usually only the man can pay the legal fees'.

The former beauty queen first met Gibbins at Le Bilboquet, a swanky French restaurant in the Upper East Side, in June 2014.

Massel claimed that Gibbins, 47, told her he was single and wooed her with promises to buy her an ostrich farm in Uganda and a large estate in Canada.

The couple began their two-year affair where he showered her with gifts, including a Faberge purse, Japanese massages in Manhattan, and even tickets to the World Cup in Brazil, her suit claimed.

Massel said she only discovered Gibbins was married a few weeks after they first got together, when she received a text message from his wife which read: 'You are not the first and will not be the last,' according to the lawsuit.

But Massel claimed that her new partner promised he would leave his wife for her.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
