An assassin-for-hire says a local jailed drug dealer offered to pay him $4,000 if he eliminated a rival trafficker's brother in the Dominican Republic.
Hitman Felipe Valerio confessed he messed up the hit when he mistakenly shot dead pastor Santo Cedeno del Rosario, who resembled the target, on October 17.
According to the Dominican National Police, drug dealer Felix Antonio 'Liquito' Martinez Valdez contracted two local thugs to carry out the hit job on Julio Cesar Cabrera Ruiz, who works in the southern Caribbean coastal town of La Romana.
Ruiz's brother Pascual Cabrera is currently on trial for money laundering, ordering murders and drug trafficking.

As Felipe Valerio was being led into a jail in El Seibo, just north of La Romana, on Tuesday, a group of reporters caught the shooter's confession on camera, according to Diario Libre.
'The one who sent me to kill the lawyer is imprisoned there,' Valerio said.
'He contacted me for that. He offered me $200,000.'
Valerio was finally arrested last Friday afternoon in El Seibo when he and another man, identified only as 'Santo', allegedly mugged three milk delivery men of $170,000 pesos [$3,400].

Dominican authorities immediately also detained the two other accomplices in connection with the assassination plot while they were hiding inside a ranch at a farm.
The shooting occurred after Valerio's accomplice Carlos Alfredo del Rosario De Jesus, believed he'd found Cabrera's white Mitsubishi truck and alerted his partner.
Vaelerio rushed down but it was Cedeno del Rosario who was waiting outside a school for one of his children to be dismissed a school near a church.
Natanael de Jesus Severino admitted to being at the control of the motorcycle that sped up to the church before Valerio fired the shot that killed Cedeno del Rosario.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
