«Breaking News» Model and gay porn star who dated Calvin Klein arrested for attacking someone with a frying pan

Calvin Klein's former toy boy is one of two men charged in a ferocious frying pan attack that saw the victim ending up in hospital.

Nicholas Gruber, 28, was handcuffed earlier this week for the assault.  26-year-old Brandon Steele is also accused of taking part in the fracas.

Police said the pair scuffled with a 33-year-old victim over $4,000 inside Steele's apartment on New York's Upper East Side.

Gruber was handcuffed earlier this week for the assault. 26-year-old Brandon Steele is also accused of taking part in the fracas which left the victim with severe and disfiguring injuries

They pair bashed the victim with the pan so severely it left him with severe and disfiguring injuries according to the New York Daily News. 

'As a result of the repeated strikes, the victim was treated at Lenox Hill Hospital for several broken bones to the back, as well as a nearly severed ear and injuries to the orbital bone that could, potentially, affect vision,' court papers say. 

Gruber and Steele had known each other for years and had been pictured together at a David Barton Gym toy drive event in December 2010.

The pair have been charged with second-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree.   

Klein, 76, and Gruber who is some 48 years his junior, broke up in January 2012

Gruber allegedly lives in the same building as where the attack took place in an apartment he allegedly occupied after changing the lock.

Gruber was caught with methamphetamine and articles of clothing 'alongside a receipt for said clothing' made out to another person — a woman. There was also nearly $3,000 in cash in the home.

The woman told cops shes never received the package she'd ordered, and the super of the building told cops that Gruber had been spotted with a drill and a flashlight installing a new lock. 

After being confronted, Gruber claimed to be subleasing the flat from a woman.

'Everything in my apartment is my property,' he said.

Gruber is charged with criminal trespass for being in the apartment, drug possession and possession of stolen property. He is free on $5,000 bail.

It's not Gruber's first brush with the law. The former gay porn star was arrested in 2012 after cops accused him of hiding cocaine in his underwear when they responded to a call that he assaulted a friend at the West Village penthouse apartment where he lived at the time.

Klein, 76, and Gruber who is some 48 years his junior, broke up four months prior to the wild incident but had dated for two years before reportedly growing apart.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
