«Breaking News» MAFS stars Lauren Huntriss and Mick Gould reported romance fizzles due to distance

Married At First Sight bride Lauren Huntress, 31, reportedly started dating Mick Gould, 32, after filming for the show ended. 

But it appears the budding romance between the reality stars has fizzled.

According to a report in NW magazine on Monday, Sydney-based Lauren and Gympie-based Mick struggled with the 'impractical' distance.

The unlikely pairing was first reported by New Idea magazine last month, with the co-stars hitting it off when the cameras stopped rolling.      

An insider claimed: 'what people didn't see is that Lauren and Mick actually spent a lot of time chatting and getting to know each other at the dinner parties.'

The source went on to claim that a spark had formed, and the pair were repotrtedly seeing each other since Lauren's split from 'TV husband' Matthew Bennett, 30.

Eagle-eyed fans picked up on a number of friendly, flirty social media exchanges between the duo in January.  

 Flirty: Lauren was caught posting a number of eyebrow raising messages on Mick's Instagram account. When Mick posted a photo of his farm, Lauren commented: 'wish I was there'

The most telling was when Mick posted a photo of his farm to his Instagram account, which prompted Lauren to comment: 'wish I was there'. 

She also commented that he was a 'stud' under an Instagram post in which Mick is wearing a blue suit, before his nuptials on the show.  

Mick is paired with busty blonde Jessika Power on MAFS. 

The couple's relationship has gone from bad to worse following the arrival of 'intruder' Dan Webb, 35.

During Sunday night's commitment ceremony, Jessika voted 'stay' leaving Mick locked in the unhappy marriage on the show. 

Jessika has previously told 'intruder' Dan she would stay on the show in order for the pair to pursue their secret romance together. 

'We had a talk at the airport and she told me she was gonna write 'leave'. What a surprise. Another lie,' Mick reportedly told Nine Honey.  

The farmer went on to say that he was unhappy with the decision as he has been trying 'to avoid her like the plague'.   

Married At First Sight continues on Channel Nine at 7.30pm

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
