«Breaking News» Mysterious figure seen lurking in the background during Married At First Sight dinner party

Married At First Sight is the most popular show on television, smashing ratings records and becoming a topic of national conversation.

But several editing fails have led fans to believe the reality show is 'staged' and 'scripted'.

And on Wednesday night, disgruntled viewers took to social media after another glitch revealed a mystery man patrolling the program's 'weekly dinner party'.

'It's obviously staged and ridiculous!' On Wednesday, Married At First Sight fans noticed a 'crew member' patrolling the show's  dinner party... prompting many to complain about the 'scripted' show

The weekly dinner party is presented as a place where the show's ten couples come together to discuss their relationships without any outside influence.

But Wednesday night's episode saw the man - believed to be a crew member - lurking behind the group.

Dressed in a black puffer jacket, the stranger was seen pointing and counting as MAFS participant Mick Gould engaged in conversation with his co-stars.

Instagram meme page @MAFSfunny shared a screenshot of the man, with social media users quickly remarking on the 'editing fail'.

'Legit saw that and  figured the waiter wouldn't be wearing a puffer vest!' one amused viewer wrote.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Channel Nine for comment.

It's the latest editing glitch that eagle-eyed viewers have noticed.

On Tuesday, observant fans noticed that flirty messages exchanged by stars Ines Basic and Sam Ball were actually sent 12 hours apart.

'Sam was showing his phone with Ines's message on it during the day while Elizabeth was out, yet his phone says 11:52pm,' one viewer shared on Facebook.

The photo of the text messages showed Ines' timestamp at 11:56am, while Sam viewed it 12 hours later at 11:52pm.

Sam could not have possibly read the text at 11:52pm, however, as he was filmed opening it in broad daylight.

Taking to the social media platform, one fan deliberated: 'On the message from Ines it says it was sent at 11.56am... which means he took 12 hours to view/respond to it.'

Meanwhile, one fan complained on the official Married At First Sight Instagram page: 'It not an experiment anymore like the first series when the couples all went in there to find real love. Now it’s obviously staged and ridiculous.. you’ve lost me, I’m over the bad acting and stupid drama the show. You’ve lost me as a fan . Not watching it again!'

Married At First Sight continues Sunday at 7:00 pm on Channel Nine

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
