«Breaking News» Man is SLAMMED for list of tips on 'how to be a beautiful woman'

A man has incited outrage online after he penned a list of sexist tips on 'how to be a beautiful woman' that included 'being thin' and being 'able to cook.'

Alexander J.A Cortes, a self-described trainer, writer, and speaker from California, took to Twitter on Thursday to share his unsolicited 12-step guide that lays out superficial ways women can appeal to men.

According to the 29-year-old, who is known for his misogynistic views on Twitter, women should do the following: be able to cook, have long hair, wear makeup, be feminine, be graceful, be sensual, shave (should without saying), be fashionable, wear pink and feminine colors, love men, and listen to men.

At the end of his list, he added: 'Stay classy ladies!'

Alexander writes about 'how to be a feminine and beautiful woman' on his website, and in his subsequent tweets, he promoted his newsletter, claiming that 'only a man can tell a woman how to act.'

The Twitter user, who has more than 58,000 followers, added that men 'can use this list to vet women' they are interested in.

'If you show them this list and they become angry, that lets you know that they are harpies that you never want to breed with and that they would be terrible mothers,' he tweeted, adding: 'Stay woke kings.'

Unsurprisingly, both women and men were appalled by Alexander's comments, with one person writing: 'This guy's mother failed him horribly.'

'Blimey. And all we want from men is for them not to be controlling narcissistic d**kwads,' another woman added.

One man said he was going to use the tweet as a reminder, explaining: 'I am going to pin this Tweet, so when I feel badly about myself and if I am a good enough man for my wife, I can come here and see that there is FAR worse.'

Alexander's list was all about the things the opposite sex should be doing to appeal to men, but many women pointed out that they weren't the least bit attracted to him.

'You are genuinely, and I mean this truthfully and sincerely, not remotely physically attractive to me,' one woman tweeted in response to his list.

'I've haven't seen one woman that actually agrees with you, or that wants to have sex with you,' another person commented. 'Everyone here is telling you to eat s**t, and that you look like a stunt double for a low budget Hercules movie. How the f**k are you so confident?'

You're so vain: Alexander responded to the backlash by sharing a photo of himself, writing: 'Here’s a selfie that you can use to satisfy your fantasies'

Alexander responded to the backlash by sharing a photo of himself, writing: 'I see a lot of you women are desperate for my validation and attention. Here’s a selfie that you can use to satisfy your fantasies.'

In the following tweet, he claimed the replies he has gotten is proof that a lot of the 'poor women' commenting on his post sound like they're 'under f**ked.'

'I have a personal policy that I only talk to women who are 8+s on a 10 scale so if I ignore your reply, don’t feel bad you can probably upgrade yourself if you follow the roadmap that I’ve given you,' he added. 'Beauty can always be learned.'

Alexander went on to share Twitter user Hunter Drew's equality sexist tips on 'how to be a better wife,' which states women should 'ditch b***h friends' and 'listen to your husband.'

'If you’re angry, it might be because your excess body fat is causing hormonal fluctuations that make you emotional,' Alexander tweeted. 'You can fix this by working out and going to the gym and unfatting Yourself. Fit women are pretty women.'

He once again warned men that women's negative reactions to his offensive tweet are warning signs.

'Pay attention to all the women that react adversely to this thread Gentlemen,' he tweeted. 'What you'll observe here is the peak of Delusional feminism, women who believe that simply because they exist, they are "valuable" despite being b**hy & horrifying More red flags than a Chinese parade.'

Alexander ended his ran with another snapshot of himself, writing: 'One more photo for all the women who read this and want to hate f**k me SO BAD.'

Many people couldn't figure out if he was serious about his misogynistic messages or running a parody account.

'I read through the thread thinking there was a punchline... like it was satire.... but he was so self-congratulatory and spoke so derivatively of women... “Who you want to BREED with” ... I feel unclean from reading this,' one woman wrote.

'This is a parody account, right?' another person asked.

Outraged Twitter users couldn't resist turning the tables on Alexander by mocking his own looks, with some comparing him to Fabio and Lord Farquaad, the villain in Shrek.

'You actually made my vagina curl up and die just so you know,' one woman commented, while another added. 'Sorry not a fan of long hair on men, Fabio or sexist Fabio wannabes like @AJA_Cortes.'

One critic asked: 'How can you be so confident while looking like a Shrek villain?'

Someone else shared a photo of Alexander alongside an image of Lord Farquaad, writing: 'Lots of similarities here. Especially the egos LOL. Sorry about your shortcomings.'

Many Twitter users were disgusted by Alexander's comments and pointed out that true love is about more than looks.

'You are an incredibly sexist man who is too opinionated over how women should be,' one woman responded. 'I would imagine you like to control women and I find your arrogance insulting to women. My husband appreciates me for who I am. And not how I look. That’s love.'

A few people even went as far as editing Alexander's list, with one person writing that a woman should 'be a thinker' and a 'feminist' instead of thin and feminine.

Alexander received similar backlash in November when he shared his thoughts on women who have 'unnatural hair colors,' claiming it's a 'warning signal to stay away.'

Alexander J.A Cortes, a self-described trainer, writer, and speaker from California, took to Twitter ...

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
