«Breaking News» Kristin Scott Thomas dazzles in a satin emerald gown

She has her own illustrious acting career with a host of gongs to her name.

But on Friday evening, Kristin Scott Thomas was awarding another renowned actor with an honorary award during 44th Cesar Awards Ceremony in Paris.

The 58-year-old actress looked sensational as she took to the stage in an emerald satin gown before presenting director and actor Robert Redford with the accolade.

Kristin's dress included a T-shirt style top half before fanning out into a full and elegant skirt, complete with pleated detailing.

Her chic dress was teamed with a pair of glittering statement drop earrings, while she also added a selection of sparkling rings to her look. 

She styled her bobbed locks in a bouncy blown out style, offering a glossy effect, while opting for a glamorous coat of make-up including a bold red lip.

Meanwhile, Robert showcased his ageless good looks as he accepted the award on stage wearing a black two-piece suit and tie.

The All President's Men actor teamed his outfit with a crisp white shirt, while sporting a spattering of silver stubble.

Ahead of the ceremony, Alain Terzian, the president of France's Academy of Arts and Techniques of Cinema said: 'An iconic actor, an exceptional director, a passionate producer, founder and president of Sundance...

'The most revered festival of independent films in the world, Robert Redford has left his mark through all his endeavors in the film world', reports Variety. 

'Robert Redford is definitely a monument. Many of his films, in front or behind the camera, have now become classics. Rare are the careers which have had such a lasting impact on the history of cinema.'

Robert, who rose to prominence following his role in Tall Story in 1959, has starred in Ordinary People, Barefoot in the Park, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
