Appearing on Wednesday's edition of This Morning, Katie said of the experience: 'It was full on, I did all the night shifts - 3pm to 7am.

'The training was worse than the police work you undertook, so you're prepared for the worst. What they go through, the abuse they take on, and the specials don't even get paid!

'They do a normal job in the day and then they work through the night for free. It's traumatic, it's aggressive and and it's violent.'

Recalling the most memorable things that happened during filming, she touched upon poor Penny's meltdown.

She said: 'She was threatened with a needle. A drug user had a dirty needle and threatened to stab her. She kept running!'

Penny, 47, was chasing two suspects down the street when one shockingly threatened the unarmed star with a drug needle.

'F**k off man, or I’ll stab you with a dirty f**king needle', one of the women said.

She handled the situation with confidence, telling them that she would stab them back if they stabbed her.

'Hopefully you'll see this in the programme, the red tape and restrictions they go through', she said.

Monday night's debut episode saw Katie join the ranks of Cambridge Constabulary, attending crimes across the county with a team of serving officers.

'We were there as one human to another, to listen and give him time, which is such a valuable currency', she said.

Katie was diagnosed with PTSD after her acid attack ordeal in 2008, and said that this experience ultimately led her to being as calm as possible in the situation.

'Mine [PTSD] was so bad in the beginning it made feel like if anyone came close to me they might do something to me – they could kill me,' she says. 'It makes you feel under threat.'

She explained the incident pushed her out of her comfort zone but was the right thing to do.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
