«Breaking News» Amy Adams kisses husband Darren Le Gallo at Vanity Fair Oscars bash

She missed out on the Best Supporting Actress prize to If Beale Street Could Talk's Regina King at the 91st Academy Awards on Sunday.

But Amy Adams brushed aside her loss as she shared a kiss with her husband Darren Le Gallo at the 2019 Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Radhika Jones at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in California later that evening.

The Vice actress, 44, displayed her sartorial flair as she slipped into a perilously plunging navy satin gown, flashing a hint of her ample chest.

Displaying her eye for fashion, the Sharp Objects star's ensemble was complete with ruched details, 90s-style shoulder pads and a diamond-embroidered belt which cinched at her waist.

The Arrival actress' glamorous display was maintained in the accessory department as she injected even more sparkle into her look with a glittery silver necklace and a selection of statement rings.

With her auburn tresses styled into loose waves, Amy accentuated her stunning features with shimmery gold eyeshadow, rose-tinted blush and nude lipgloss.

Trouble with the Curve star Darren, 44, ensured he didn't let his wife down in the style stakes as he sported a slick black tuxedo.

Actress Amy transformed into Lynne Cheney, the wife of Vice President Dick Cheney (Christian Bale) for Adam McKay's Vice.

The Dick Cheney biopic is about Governor George W Bush hand-picking the CEO of Halliburton Co to be his Republican running mate in the 2000 presidential election.

The five-time Oscars runner up faced some stiff competition in her category again this year.

Also up for the Best Supporting Actress gong was both Emma Stone and Rachel Weiss for The Favourite, and Marina de Tavira for Roma, with the prize going to screen star Regina.

At the SAG Awards, Amy revealed one of the ways she deals with the intensity of her roles is by breaking into song.

'It's one of the things I do to keep light,' the actress explained to People. 'I sing on most sets, but it was really fun to sing as Lynne Cheney.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
