'Wow, thank you so much, Hollywood Foreign Press,' Ben, 38, told the Hollywood crowd. 'I want to thank [director] Stephen Frears. What a legend. Thank you.'

'He is a true queer hero and icon.'

Ben previously revealed in an interview with the Radio Times that Scott was 'very moved' when he was shown A Very English Scandal by director Stephen Frears.
The actor said he felt the weight of doing justice to Scott, explaining: 'I did feel a responsibility and at the same time I think any time you do something that’s based on real events you have to accept that it becomes a kind of fiction…'
'Fortunately, we had this incredible script so you’re just trying to do the script justice. You can’t think much beyond that. But there is a responsibility and I felt a connection to Norman and I wanted for him to like it. Thankfully he does, we’re told.'
Accolade: It was Ben's first Golden Globe win, as he beat out talent such as Alan Arkin and Henry Winkler in the Best Supporting Actor category
Ben beat Alan Arkin for The Kominsky Method, Kieran Culkin for Succession, Edgar Ramírez for The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, and Henry Winkler for Barry.
It was a night of big wins for British stars, especially in the acting categories as Richard Madden won in the Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Drama for Bodyguard - another BBC drama.
Olivia Colman was also one of the night's big winners - scooping Best Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for her big screen effort The Favourite.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
