«Breaking News» Donald Trump, Jr. exhausted leaving girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle's exclusive Manhattan apartment

Donald Trump, Jr. was spotted leaving girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle's New York City apartment on January 8, flanked by his Secret Service detail.

Don Jr., 41, had a Starbucks coffee clutched in his hand as he stepped out, on the same day that federal prosecutors in Manhattan have filed a criminal indictment against Natalia Veselnitskaya.

Veselnitskaya is the Russian lawyer who attended the infamous Trump Tower meeting with Don Jr. and other Russians, though the indictment stems from an unrelated case centered  around alleged money laundering and forfeiture of assets.

DailyMail.com revealed that Don Jr.'s security detail had been reduced to one car for the past several months, but for the first time in a while, there were two cars present as he left Guilfoyle's exclusive Upper West Side apartment building on Tuesday.

In the indictment filed against Veselnitskaya on the same day, the Russian lawyer is said to have obstructed justice in her representation of Cyprus-based Prevezon Holdings by making an 'intentionally misleading declaration.'

Her alleged obstruction relates to her statements about her cooperation with the Russian government in the case. 

She stated that investigative findings that were presented to the court were 'independently drafted,' but according to the indictment, Veselnitskaya 'well knew but concealed from the Court' that she helped to draft them.

Also on Tuesday, federal prosecutors in Manhattan have filed a criminal indictment against the Russian lawyer who Don Jr. (pictured) met with in Trump Tower

She cooperated with a senior Russian prosecutor 'in secret,' the indictment alleges. 

That language in the indictment further cements Veselnitskaya's ties to the Russian government, which were also suggested in the original emails that served to line up the Trump Tower meeting, where Don Jr. was present.

All of that, though, seemed far from mind for the oldest son of President Donald Trump as he celebrated the holidays and his New Year's Eve birthday with his love.

On December 31, Guilfoyle wished her beau a happy birthday over social media, sharing a photo of the two of them out on the town.

'Happy Birthday to my best friend and amazing boyfriend @donaldjtrumpjr,' she wrote with the image.

'It’s been wonderful spending the holidays and your birthday together. Here’s to an incredible 2019!'

The former Fox News host signed off on the caption with, 'XO Kimberly.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
