«Breaking News» Con man, 28, filmed himself spanking girl, 9, and stole $175K from his girlfriend, 75

An Oregon man who made headlines back in 2011 when he was arrested and for impersonating a doctor is back behind bars. 

Lucas Orlin Ebert, 28, was sentenced for 17 years in prison earlier this week after entering a guilty plea to a number of charges including: aggravated theft in the first degree, contracting without a valid license, identity theft, witness tampering, using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct, four counts of sexual abuse in the first degree and one count of invasion of privacy in the first degree.

A majority of those charges stem from his abuse of the 75-year-old woman he was dating and a 9-year-old girl who was briefly living in his home while her father was in jail.

He filmed himself spanking a girl, 9, who was living with him while her father was in prison (left in 2013 after writing bad checks, right in 2017 on current charges)

'Ebert admitted that in April 2017, he unlawfully and knowingly induced a female, under the age of 14, to engage in sexually explicit conduct,' states a press release from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. 

'Furthermore, Ebert admitted that he unlawfully and knowingly subjected the child victim to sexual contact by touching intimate parts of her body on multiple occasions.'

The theft charge meanwhile stems from money he stole from a woman he conned into thinking was his girlfriend.

Authorities believed he stole at least $175,000 from her over the span of just months.

It was also revealed that in the first eleven months he was behind bars, Ebert called his girlfriend 1848 times. 

He previously spent three years in prison after posing as a surgery resident at Oregon Health & Science University.

That act was so good that he actually managed to convince one patient to stop taking her medications ahead of surgery.

He then landed another 18 month sentence in 2013 for writing bad checks, shortly after it was revealed he had stolen over $100,000 from his grandmother.

His young victim's father was in jail when Ebert abused his daughter. 

'In addition to his 17 year prison sentence, Ebert was ordered to register as a sex offender, pay $2,894 to CARES Northwest, Multnomah County’s child abuse assessment center and pay $60,000 in restitution and fines to three separate victims,' said the district attorney's office.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
