Ten alleged gang members have been charged for a spate of burglaries which happened at celebrity homes in Los Angeles earlier this year.

Two of the men were among the four people who were charged in October but eight of them have been arrested in connection to the case for the first time.

It is unclear which gang they are thought to belong to.

The two men who were arrested in October but who have been re-arrested now are Jshawne Daniels, 19; and Damaji Hall, 18. Daniels is accused of stealing jewelry from Rihanna's home while she was away.

The eight new suspects were named by City News Service as Hassan Deontre Murphy, 19, Joseph Holley, 22, Lance Williams, 18, Devin Garner, 24, Ron Simmons, 20, Donnie Faizon, 21, and Elan Lamberto Gabourel, 25.

They will make their first court appearance in Los Angeles on Wednesday at 8.30am local time.

Details surrounding their arrests were sparse on Wednesday morning beyond the fact that they had been charged with conspiracy and numerous other counts including burglary and home-invasion robbery.

The burglars were caught on surveillance cameras and doorbell cameras in sweatsuits leaving the homes. They will make their first court appearance on Wednesday morning

Among the stars targeted by the burglars were Dodgers star Yasiel Puig and Rams wide receiver Robert Woods.

Surveillance footage taken inside some of the homes show them raiding the celebrities' bedrooms.

As part of their investigation, police also found a list of intended targets which included Lebron James and Matt Damon.

Officials say the victims were chosen when their social media postings and schedules indicated they'd be away from home.

In October, Damaji Hall, 18, and his 34-year old mother Ashle were also arrested.

They were released afterwards and have not been charged.

It i...

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
