A friend of the star revealed: 'Whether he wins or loses, Noel will celebrate the milestone birthday on a beach in New Zealand with his wife Liz Davies.'
They added that he believes it is a 'victory for the cosmic ordering philosophy', as his plans to head to New Zealand wouldn't have been possible without heading out to Australia with ITV.
Cosmic ordering is a form of positive thinking that believes a person's wishes can become a reality if they write them down and wait for the planet to make them happen.
Noel is a firm believer and advocate of the concept.
He has been rumoured to be a late arrival to I'm A Celebrity and the 11th star to sign up to the show.

ITV are yet to confirm his addition, but reports claim the Noel's House Party host has secured a huge money deal with the network, which will see him become the highest ever paid contestant in I'm A Celebrity's history.
It was reported that Harry Redknapp gained the same title, after bagging himself a pay-cheque of £500,000. However, Noel is believed to surpass him, after closing a deal for £600k for his late addition.
Amir Khan was previously the highest-paid celeb to star on I'm A Celeb, after being paid £400k for his appearance in the jungle last year in 2017.
A spokesperson for ITV declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.

He has regularly voiced his thoughts on Ant and Dec mimicking his show, telling Celebrity Radio in 2015: 'They plundered the House Party archives and created Takeaway.'
Noel told The Independent: 'They've been very honest about the derivation of their show. Their executive producer told me that the first thing they did when they were setting up the show was to get out the tapes of Noel's House Party.'
Noel had actually appeared on Saturday Night Takeaway during its series finale this year and appeared to take aim at the presenting duo during his time on the show.
He joked: 'I’ve been in this business 50 years. On Saturday nights I used to get 17 million viewers, and I’ve never been on the honours list.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
