«Breaking News» Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee died of heart and respiratory failure at 95 cremated daughter ashes

Marvel legend Stan Lee died from heart and respiratory failure and suffered aspiration pneumonia which is when you inhale food, stomach acid or saliva into your lungs.

According to the death certificate obtained by TMZ, 95-year-old Lee died November 12 at 9.17am at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Lee was declared dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after being rushed by ambulance from his Hollywood Hills home.   

He was cremated and his only surviving daughter Joan Celia, known as 'J.C.,' was given his ashes.

Two days before he died a smiling Lee sat down for his last interview with his protege, comic book writer Roy Thomas.

Lee had battled health problems in recent years. 

In February he was rushed to the hospital after suffering shortness of breath and an irregular heartbeat. 

'All I really want to do is tell you that I’m feeling great,' he assured fans at the time through a Skype interview with a local news station in

Lee's wife Joan died in July last year after suffering complications from a stroke. The pair had been married for 70 years at the time of her death. 

Lee revolutionized pop culture as the co-creator of iconic superheroes like Spider-Man and The Hulk.

As the top writer at Marvel Comics and later as its publisher, Lee was widely considered the architect of the contemporary comic book. 

He revived the industry in the 1960s by offering the costumes and action craved by younger readers while insisting on sophisticated plots, college-level dialogue, satire, science fiction, even philosophy. 

The dapper, friendly comic book genius continued to work into his 90s on numerous projects, including comics, films and DVDs. He is pictured above in 1990

Millions responded to the unlikely mix of realistic fantasy, and many of his characters, including Spider-Man, the Hulk and X-Men went on to become stars of blockbuster films.

'With a heavy heart, we share our deepest condolences with his daughter and brother,' said Marvel Comics and its owner The Walt Disney Company in a statement at the time.

'We honor and remember the creator, voice and champion of Marvel... Every time you open a Marvel comic, Stan will be there.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
