Clad in a bright yellow boiler suit, The Inbetweeners actress looked petrified as she soared through the skies and landed on the sand to join her fellow campmates from the 'Yellow Team' - singer Fleur East, The Vamps guitarist James McVey, The Chase's Anne Hegerty and EastEnders actress Rita Simons.
The blonde beauty seemed gripped with fear as she descended to the beach, with a professional behind her guiding them both to a safe landing.
After the adrenaline ride, Emily seemed relieved to be back on firm ground and grinned as she took off her safety goggles and ran to join her fellow teammates.
Scraping her golden tresses back into a simple updo and appearing to forgo make-up, the actress appeared to already be embracing the understated jungle look.
Emily will be joined on the show by a series of famous faces, including football legend Harry Redknapp and TV presenter Nick Knowles.

Emily did her parachute landing in tandem with Hollyoaks actor Malique Thompson-Dwyer (for the Red Team), who appeared visibly shaken by the daring task.
Malique was comforted by his team members - actor John Barrowman, football manager Harry Redknapp, DIY SOS star Nick Knowles and Coronation Street Sair Khan.
TV icon Noel Edmonds is rumoured to be a last minute addition to the line-up, earning a reported £500k for his inclusion.

On the snake invasion an I'm A Celebrity source said: 'There are more snakes than usual about this year and they have been seen in the camp's bathing areas. The celebs had better watch out when they're taking their waterfall showers!'
It comes as this year's celebrities are believed to have been warned about numerous deadly snake species they could encounter around the camp, including eastern browns, yellow-faced whip snakes and red belly snakes.
The number of snake bites reported in the Queensland area had already been on the up thanks to warmer summer than usual in the Aussie state, according to the Courier-Mail.
This comes as the chief of bushtucker trials Matt Silkinson revealed on Thursday that this year will see one challenge feature a staggering 160,000 bugs and insects, a record number for the show.
He said: 'This year, there's a trial that's got the most ever bugs in it. We've got 160,000 bugs in one trial. I won't tell you which one it is, but it's very exciting.'
'We've also got a trial with the most snakes ever. It's the most snakes in one trial; it's over 50 of them.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
