«Breaking News» Ian Ziering among parents protesting West Hollywood school's lack of action over second grade bully

Ian Ziering was among the parents outside a West Hollywood school protesting about a student bully that they claim is threatening the lives of their children.

The Sharknado and 90210 star was spotted among the parents gathered outside West Hollywood Elementary on Wednesday, who claim that the school board has done nothing about an alleged bully who has been terrorizing the public school students since entering the school in kindergarten.

Ziering's two daughters, ages seven and five, attend the school.

Ziering told TMZ that the student in question, who he did not name, has 'shown a history of violence' from kindergarten through second grade.

The actor said that just this year so far, the second grader has 'brandished scissors' and 'beaten up and bloodied' 10 kids, while two classrooms had to be evacuated as a result of the student's actions.

The bully allegedly previously tried to use a beanbag to suffocate another student.

Ziering said that he felt compelled to protest Wednesday because he didn't speak up forcefully enough after learning about the alleged beanbag incident.

'I'm an actor, but my best role to date has been father,' he told TMZ. 'I can't let this go another minute without raising attention to this problem.'

He said that he doesn't plan to withdraw his daughters from the school, however problems 'have to be addressed. If I leave the school that's just leaving the problem there. It has to be dealt with.'

Ziering and several other parents, along with some students, were said to have been protesting outside the school.

He said that he and the other parents have asked that the school board get the bully the necessary help, but that nothing has been done yet.

A spokesperson from the Los Angeles Unified School District told DailyMail.com that the protest occurred across the street from the school and that the superintendent from the West Regional District spoke with concerned parents.

'While individual student matters are confidential, L.A. Unified has a strong no-tolerance policy when it comes to bullying, hazing or any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of students, staff or persons at our school,' an L.A. Unified spokesperson said in statement, while providing a link to the school district's website page on Human Relations, Diversity and Equality.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
