«Breaking News» The Bachelor grand finale trailer hints at an explosive ending

It is being touted as the season finale 'that will shock the nation'.

And the trailer for the explosive Bachelor finale included several telling hints that Nick 'The Honey Badger' Cummins could end up alone at the season's end.

In the promo, frontrunner Brittany Hockley made a surprising admission, saying: 'Sophie and I will never know if it was supposed to be one of us that was meant to be leaving [instead of Brooke].'

Will Nick end up with no one? The trailer for the explosive Bachelor ending has made a few hints that Nick Cummins will not end up with either Brittany Hockley or Sophie Tieman.

Meanwhile an equally confused Sophie Tieman added: 'I have absolutely no idea where Nick's head is at.' 

Host Osher Günsberg's voiceover also seemed to hint at a surprise twist, describing the ending as 'dramatic' and 'a shock'.

Perhaps the most eyebrow-raising moment was when Nick's father Mark Cummins said: 'We'll find out whether Brooke was the girl for Nick...'

In the promo, Bachelor Nick also appears visibly distressed and has to take a moment to breath.

'I just want it now. I know I'm ready. Next time I say I love you, I want it to be for keeps,' he says before adding, 'What could go wrong?'

The tense music and air of uncertainty in the new teaser is a far cry from Matthew Johnson's 2017 finale promo, which featured a sweeping romantic overture and an emotional declaration of love.

The former rugby star's ambiguity throughout the trailer was also in stark contrast to Matthew, who seemed more confident in his feelings.

Bringing back Brooke? Perhaps the most telling hint is when Nick's father Mark who said, 'we'll find out whether Brooke was the girl for Nick'

In his trailer he described Laura Byrne as 'the woman of his dreams' and looked giddy to tell her she was the one - all with out mention of any shock twists.

Many fans took to Twitter to unleash their own theories about the unusual ad including one who wrote, 'Judging by the ad, Nick doesn’t give a ring to either of the final two ladies, who both now question their place in final 2.'

'Bachie will ask to be reunited with Brooke, who will magically reappear and love will reign supreme,' they boasted.

Another added, 'So basically Nick is saying that he hasn’t made his mind up yet and he’ll just give it a crack and see how it goes. That’s beautiful. True romance.'

Someone else concurred, 'What are the odds that the Honey Badger declines both Sophie and Britany and flys Brooke to the finale and chooses her?'

A fan joked: 'In a move no-one saw coming - Mr Badger leaves all the girls and hooks up with Romy! Rather deserving!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
