'So it'll be interesting to see how that plays out like we were speaking about in the current climate with blackface and how audiences react to that because this is 15 years old so it sort of wasn't as big of a deal back then.'

Brooke's comments were in response to Hollywood actor Terry Crews recently hinting at a White Chicks sequel.

The Deadpool 2 star told Us Weekly magazine on Sunday, 'I would love one!... I'm staying in shape for White Chicks 2!... I will never, ever get out of shape because that movie's going to happen one day.'

The 2004 comedy White Chicks stars brothers Shawn and Marlon Wayans, who play 'Brittany and Tiffany Wilson', but are actually undercover cops wearing whiteface.

The actors transform into 'white chicks' using blonde wigs, blue contact lenses, and rubber masks with pale makeup.

Whiteface refers to wearing theatrical makeup to portray a white person and is commonly viewed as an expression of art.

Blackface refers to the darkening of one's skin and exaggerating their features to portray a caricature of a black person, which links back to minstrel shows and slavery.

The link between blackface and whiteface has sparked plenty of crtiicsm in the past, particularly on Twitter.

In October last year, one critic wrote: 'Kindergarten time. Black face is BAD because it was used not so long ago to exaggerate stereotypes in a minority group and ridicule them in an especially difficult time. White face, while used by comedians, is not used in such a negative way.'

Another wrote: 'That's not whiteface, which has no historical context. The Wayans Brothers aren't playing white characters here.'

In 2009, Channel Nine was forced to apologize after airing a racist skit during a reunion special for Hey Hey It's Saturday.

A group of men performed a Jackson Jive sketch while wearing black face paint and Afro wigs, which upset celebrity guest Harry Connick Jr.

'It was never intended to offend and we regret any offense [the act] caused,' a statement read.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
