And on Friday, Australian Instagram sensation Tammy Hembrow showcased her famous curves as she enjoyed a night out in Los Angeles. 

The blonde bombshell, 24, attended the Christian Cowan and The Powerpuff Girls' fashion show, wearing a cropped leather bodice and tight high-waisted jeans.

The mother-of-two put on a busty display in her outfit and flashed her washboard abs. 

The Gold Coast-based beauty wore her long locks out and over her shoulders and wore a face of full makeup, including a smokey eye and a nude lip. 

Tammy enjoyed a night out to celebrate fashion designer Christian Cowan's new collection and collaboration with The Powerpuff Girls.

In a series of clips shared to her fitness Instagram account on Sunday, the Gold Coast mother-of-two flaunts her flat tummy in midriff-baring activewear as she performs several exercise drills at the gym.

'Abssss (sic). Make sure you engage your core and pull your bellybutton towards your spine during these. And don’t forget to keep breathing,' Tammy captioned the slideshow of clips. 

In the first video, the fitness entrepreneur, who is clad in a black crop top and a pair of thigh-skimming shorts, demonstrates a strenuous 'cable ab twist.'

Tammy, who boasts 9.2 million followers on Instagram, is seen giving her obliques a real workout as she pulls the cable across her gym-honed body. 

In a second video, she is seen performing a standing 'barbell ab twist,' as she effortlessly rotates her taut midriff with a weightlifting bar rested on her shoulders.

Tammy continues to show off her jaw-dropping core strength by executing an extremely challenging 'hanging leg raise twist' in the third clip.

Meanwhile in the fourth and final clip, Tammy offers fans a closer look at her six-pack as she performs hard-core crunches on gym equipment, in what she refers to as a 'seated knee raise.' 

Over the past five years, the Saski Collection founder has become an Internet sensation thanks to her dramatic body transformation and 'clean eating' lifestyle.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
