Penny McNamee is reveling in the experience of being a second-time mum.

The 35-year-old Home and Away star welcomed her second child, a daughter named Neve, alongside her husband of 10 years, Matt Tooker, earlier this week.

And on Friday, Penny took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of her three-year-old son, Jack, cradling his newborn sister.

The black and white photo shows Jack beaming at the baby with pride, as he wraps his arms around her.

Clearly touched by the heartfelt moment, Penny couldn't resist gushing over her two children on Instagram.

'No one tells you how beauuuuutiful these moments are. My heart is exploding!' she captioned the image.

Penny announced Neve's arrival on Instagram on Wednesday, sharing a happy family photo of herself alongside her husband and their two children.  

'Neve. A little ray of sunshine has come into the world,' she wrote.

'Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Sydney Adventist Hospital for your kindness and extraordinary care. Especially our favourite Doc - Peter Wood and the beautiful nursing staff, particularly Ali, Maria, Chrissie, Anne, Bron and Chris. Nurses really are angels on earth.

Last month, she shared a photo of herself cradling her baby bump, and said she was determined to embrace her second pregnancy after struggling to conceive.

'During my first pregnancy I avoided photos. I felt self-conscious about my big belly and changing body,' she wrote. 

'But for the past couple of years my greatest fear has been that I’d never get to experience pregnancy again. So this time around, I’m owning it! You heard me, check out my BIG belly!!!

'Can’t wait to meet our little addition!'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
