«Breaking News» MAFS Dan Webb looks upbeat getting into his Jeep on the Gold Coast despite facing fraud charges

Married At First Sight's Daniel Webb was due to front court on Friday after being charged with aggravated fraud.

But on Saturday, the reality TV groom looked surprisingly relaxed as he hopped into his Jeep Cherokee on the Gold Coast.  

The 35-year-old smiled as he jumped into the vehicle holding a cold bottle of water in his hand.

Daniel, who flashed a smile, looked casual in tight, pale blue jeans with several ripped details around the knees. 

The star paired the trousers with a fitted white shirt that clung to his muscular arms, with the sleeves rolled up to reveal his tattoos. 

He carried a grey cap in one hand, as well as what appeared to be an iPhone charger and a smart phone.

The sighting comes after it was revealed Daniel has declared himself bankrupt, on top of being accused of being part of a $20 million telemarketing fraud that allegedly tried to rip off hundreds of people. 

Daniel and six others were charged in 2016 over allegations the group cold called 600 people and tried to manipulate them into investing in a 'software' trial.

The reality star was charged following what has been described as one of the 'biggest' ever investigations by Queensland's Crime and Corruption Commission.

Records obtained by Daily Mail Australia have revealed the Nine Network reality contestant was declared bankrupt in the same year he was charged.

Daniel was declared bankrupt on August 25, 2016, and remains so to this day, an Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) search revealed. 

Daily Mail Australia sought comment from Webb, the Nine Network and producers at Endemol Shine.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
