«Breaking News» Kate Langbroek photographs another drool-worthy meal as she continues live abroad in Italy

She's known in Australia for having a larger-than-life personality.

And in Italy, radio star Kate Langbroek can truly say that she's living her best life.

The 53-year-old, who moved to Bologna earlier this year, posted yet another mouth-watering photo of an Italian meal to Instagram on Thursday. 

La Dolce Vita! Kate Langbroek enjoyed a drool-worthy platter of antipasto this week as she continues to work and live abroad in Italy 

The photo shows a table full of different meats, cheeses, a bread basket and a glass of red wine.  

'So. Many. Meats' Kate wrote in the caption. 

And if the image itself wasn't enough to make her fans jealous, she continued by revealing: 'nearly every meal starts this way.' 

The self-professed foodie then went into descriptive detail about her antipasto. 

'The white in the middle is lardo- tissue-thin fat that melts in your mouth and of course, there's prosciutto and 'noble' pork, and mortadella, the pride of bologna. In the bowl is molten, creamy burrata sprinkled with liquorice powder' 

'Oh, and you wash it down with this amazing nectar called 'wine'.' 

Jealous! The 53-year-old ensures she keeps her fans envious of her working 'gap year' in Italy by revealing that 'almost nearly every meal starts this way'  

Ever since relocating her family to Italy in January, the star has taken full advantage of social media, capturing all her delectable meals for her fans to drool over. 

Images of rich, creamy pastas sitting alongside towering glasses of red and white wine have replaced images of her hovering over the microphone in the 2DayFM studio as she continues to immerse herself on her working 'gap year'.

Just last month, her co-host Dave Hughes told Channel Nine's Today Extra that Kate was 'having the time of her life' in Italy.

Desert time! In February during an interview on Today Extra, her co-host Dave Hughes revealed that Kate was 'having the time of her life' and that she was 'spending all afternoon on the pasta and wine'

The 48-year-old comedian, who continues to host the Hughsey and Kate show despite currently living in separate countries, then joked that Kate was 'spending all afternoon on the pasta and wine'.

In earlier February, Kate took to Instagram to post a photo of table full of gnocchi, breads and wine, cheekily captioning: 'Alexa, call my personal trainer. Tell her I'm running late.'

Kate was planning on resigning from her job before leaving for Italy, but her longtime co-host encouraged her to keep working.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
