«Breaking News» Bethenny Frankel's nasty custody battle swith Jason Hoppy rages on

Bethenny Frankel's nasty custody battle with her ex Jason Hoppy raged on in court on Tuesday.

Frankel and her ex are in dispute over their eight-year-old daughter Bryn, with the former Real Housewives Of New York star hoping to win 'decision-making power'.

On Tuesday, the second day of the hearing at Manhattan Supreme Court heard from forensic psychologist Dr Alan Ravitz, who under cross-examination from Hoppy's lawyer said that the 48-year-old's actions had left Frankel 'emotionally damaged'.

'When you talk about domestic violence when the parties don't live together anymore, I don't know if you would call that domestic violence, but certainly threatening,' said the psychologist, who first worked with Bryn in 2013 and again in 2018.

However Dr Ravitz also said that in his judgement the schoolgirl was 'thriving' and despite his 'emotionally violent' treatment of Frankel, Hoppy had proved himself a 'doting father'.

According to Radar, the psychologist said that as a result of this he judged it in Bryn's best interest that the custody arrangement did not change.

'If the schedule changed and the custody agreement changes, then Bryn, she can do worse. It will require an adaptation on her part of schedule, she is going to have to adapt to the changes and we don't know if her adaptation [will] be successful. But it could definitely get worse for her.'

Also in court on Tuesday, Dr Ravitz said 'who the hell knows' when questioned by Hoppy's lawyer about whether Frankel's fame was bad for their only child.

'I don't know that Bryn being exposed to publicity is necessarily a bad thing,' he said, according to Page Six. 'I don't think there's any data to suggest that it's good or bad as a general kind of principle.'

Earlier, 48-year-old Skinny Girl mogul Frankel looked calm and collected as she entered the Manhattan Supreme Court along with her 41-year-old beau Paul Bernon.

During an argument about Frankel posting pictures of Bryn to Snapchat, Hoppy texted: 'Think of the example your setting for her… you're perceived as a mean girl…#zerof**ks.'

He also accused Frankel of planting 'fake engagements' in the press during the same exchange.

'Fyi, this 'mean girl's' ratings are way up. And provides for you, Bryn, and pays your rent,' Frankel fired back.

'You're welcome to hire a parenting lawyer,' she added.

Hoppy followed up with: 'You need to understand you're a mother first,' and added that it was 'unfortunate that Frankle was their daughter's role model'.

Not to be outdone, Frankel clapped back: 'Thank god, you're the example of a deadbeat man who needs a woman to support him.'

Frankel also accused her ex of manhandling their daughter and abusing Frankel's dog, according to Page Six

'[He was] physically pulling the child away from Ms Frankel, leaving negative articles out about Ms Frankel, [and] doesn't flush the toilet,' Frankel's attorney Allan Mayefsky said.

And her attorney said, '[He] locked up Cookie (Frankel's late dog), in a storage closet and wouldn't reveal her whereabouts for hours.'

Hoppy's attorney countered that her claims were false and the former couple are 'doing a great job' co-parenting.

'The idea the relationship between the parties is so broken is not true,' his attorney Robert Wallack said.

Two months later, Hoppy rejected a plea offer and was arraigned on additional charges in June 2017 which included 'one count of stalking in the third degree and another count of stalking in the fourth degree

Meanwhile, Frankel and Bernon went public with their romance in October and enjoyed a vacation together in the Dominican Republic in December.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
