«Breaking News» Zoe Foster Blake talks long-distance relationships

Earlier this month, Zoë Foster Blake revealed the secret to a happy marriage is spending time away from her husband.

And the 38-year-old journalist and author spoke once again about the benefits of long-distance relationships on Thursday.

In an interview with WHO magazine, Zoë said that the negatives outweigh the positives - at least as far as her professional life is concerned.

'Long-distance relationships can be hard and lonely and it sucks to be flying solo at weddings and parties all the time,' Zoe said.

But the one major advantage to spending time apart is being more 'productive' at work, she added.

'I'd never have written so many books and blogs if I didn't have all that time without my boyfriend back in the day,' explained the beauty guru.

Zoë added that she and Hamish keep the spark in their marriage alive by doing 'little thoughtful things' for each other, like leaving their favourite magazine by the bed.

Earlier this month, the Break-Up Boss author revealed that spending time away from her husband makes her heart grows fonder

'To stay together you also need to be apart. So, go do something with your mates, or family, or self, and give yourself a chance to miss each other,' she wrote in a column for The Daily Telegraph.

She went on to suggest that several days spent away from one another is ideal, writing: 'A night or two is even better. A week is sensational.'

Hamish and Zoë met in 2004 at a media event she later described as a 'horrible men's deodorant launch.'

The couple have been married for seven years and share two children: son Sonny, four, and daughter Rudy, one.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
