«Breaking News» Naomi Isted narrowly avoids spilling out of her bikini whilst in Saint Lucia for her 40th birthday

She's a socialite who's often seen out and about at runway shows in London. 

And Naomi Isted, 39, narrowly avoided spilling out of her plunging slate grey bikini as she strolled along the beach on the Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia on Friday.  

The mother-of-two displayed her curves in the muted swimwear set whilst soaking up the rays ahead of her 40th birthday on Saturday.

The blonde beauty scraped her long tresses back off her face and into a dishevelled ponytail.

Naomi sported a bronzed make-up look for her day in the sunshine, and shielded her eyes with a glamorous pair of oversized shades. 

She accessorised her swimwear with a chunky metallic watch, and added a splash of colour with a vibrant fuchsia mani-pedi. 

Later that day, Naomi switched into an animal print bandeau bikini and twisted her platinum locks into a bun, as the lounged around the swimming pool.

In November 2017 the fashion stylist revealed how the symptoms of IBS destroyed her confidence as she was so bloated she couldn't fit into her clothes - and was even mistaken for being pregnant.

Naomi explained that she has battled the condition since she was 16, suffering from severe bloating and cramps every day.

The mother-of-two admitted that being constantly surrounded by models and fellow fashionistas left her feeling even more insecure.

Her lowest point came when she was on the way to a fashion show and a man offered her a seat on the tube thinking she was pregnant. She was so embarrassed she went back to her hotel room to hide away, missing the show.

She told FEMAIL: 'It can be completely debilitating, I have suffered severe social anxiety over the years planning my day around where I can get healthy meals that aren’t going to cause me pain or bloating.'

After battling the condition for more than two decades Naomi eventually found relief from her symptoms thanks to a probiotic supplement. 

She recalled a time that she 'had to grab some totally unhealthy food on the go and was wearing a really fitted dress. 

'My stomach bloated so badly I thought I looked three months pregnant but then thought to myself maybe it was just me being hard on myself.

'I got on the tube and a man stood up for me which I just thought was him being polite. Then he pointed at my stomach and said "good luck".

'I was too embarrassed to say I wasn’t pregnant as I did look it. Then I felt physically sick that other people saw the same as me.

'I was on route to the other show and actually decided I felt too conscious and couldn’t sit on the front row looking like that, so I went back to my hotel and changed and missed the show.'

At home, Naomi was able to avoid foods she knew triggered her symptoms such as breads with gluten, rice, milk and cheese, but confessed that it isn't always possible to grab safe foods like salmon and vegetables while on the go.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
