Hoda Kotb celebrated her daughter Haley Joy's second birthday with an adorable Sesame Street-themed birthday party in honor of her little girl's love of Elmo.
The proud mom posted a family snapshot from the party on Instagram Thursday while wishing her Valentine's Day baby a happy birthday.
'So much love today,' Hoda, 54, captioned the image. 'Valentine’s Day x2.'

In the photo, Hoda is smiling brightly as she poses next to little Haley, who is decked out in a personalized pink Sesame Street T-shirt featuring her first name and the number '2' on it in honor of her second birthday.
Hoda's longtime partner Joel Schiffman and her mother Sameha Kotb are also smiling behind little Haley, and all three of them are wearing white versions of Haley's special Sesame Street tee.
While Hoda and Joel's shirts say 'Mom' and 'Dad,' respectively, Sameha's says Teta,' the Arabic word for grandma.
The bright yellow room was decorated with streamers, balloons, and pictures of Elmo and Cookie Monster, but the best decoration had to be Haley's cake.
The vanilla frosted cake with strawberries was topped with pictures of Cookie Monster, Elmo, and Oscar the Grouch as well as a green sign that said 'Haley Street' instead of Sesame Street.
The confection also paid homage to Haley's age with a number '2' sign and candle on it.
The day was undoubtedly special for Hoda, who missed Haley's first birthday last year while covering the Winter Olympics in South Korea.
The mother-of-one paid tribute to her beloved little girl on Instagram last February, explaining that she was missing her Valentine's Day baby during her assignment in PyeongChang.

Hoda shared a video of herself singing 'Happy Birthday' to Haley while bringing the little girl her very first birthday cake during an early celebration.
A year later, the Today anchor got to throw Haley an unforgettable party on her birthday, and it couldn't have been more perfect.
Hoda's little girl is a huge fan of the PBS show, and in November, the mom was among the Today show stars who took their children to visit Sesame Street.
Haley wore her beloved Elmo shirt, and pictures from the day show her gazing at the red muppet in awe.
More recently, Hoda posted a snapshot of Haley donning a New Orleans Saints cheerleading uniform to cheer for the NFL team in January, but she wasn't the only one sporting a pint-sized outfit.
Sitting on Haley's lap was her Elmo doll, who was wearing a black and gold Saints jersey that matched the one Hoda had on.
The morning after Haley's party, Hoda revealed on the Today show that there was another birthday in her family this week, her beloved niece Hannah's.
While chatting with her co-host Kathie Lee Gifford on the fourth hour of the morning show, she proudly whipped out her cellphone and shared a precious video of Haley singing 'Happy Birthday' to her cousin.

Hoda loved the clip so much she played it a second time.
'How about Haley saying "Happy Birthday?" What's happening?' she asked.
'She is becoming everything she was meant to be is what's happening,' replied Kathie Lee, who has two children in their 20s.
'It's so crazy,' Hoda said. 'One day they say nothing, and then one day they are like, "Mommy take shower upstairs." I go, what did you . . . wait what did you just say?'
'I know,' Kathie Lee agreed.
Hoda was left unable to conceive a child after receiving treatment for breast cancer a decade ago, and she previously said that she didn't think motherhood would ever be in the cards for her.
She eventually broached the topic of adoption with Joel and was thrilled to find out he was on board.
In February 2017, just a week after Haley's birth, Hoda revealed with great joy that she had adopted the baby girl.
Hoda has since shared plenty of sweet snaps documenting Haley's first two years of life and is undeniably smitten with her little girl.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
