«Breaking News» Carol McGiffin, 58, reveals she is celebrating her first wedding anniversary with Mark Cassidy, 36

Carol McGiffin has revealed she secretly married long-term partner Mark Cassidy in south-east Asia 12-months ago.

The Loose Woman star, 58, exchanged vows with Mark Cassidy, who at 36 is 22-years her junior, during a trip to Thai capital Bangkok in February 2018.

The low-key ceremony was conducted privately, with no family members or friends present as they tied the knot after two previous attempts at marrying went awry.

She told Best magazine, the presenter admitted she was now ready to make the news public as they celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

'No one knew we were going to do it, but we've basically spent the last year having separate celebrations with different friends and family, telling them all in person,' she explained.  'Now they all know, we're ready for it to come out.'

The happy couple have since returned to Bangkok in order to celebrate their anniversary by visiting some of the city's popular landmarks.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
