«Breaking News» Newlywed, mother-of-seven among the five victims of Florida bank shooting

All five women who were horrifically killed 'execution-style' during a mass shooting at a Florida bank have now been identified.

Cynthia Lee Watson, 65, Marisol Lopez, 55, Debra Cook, 54, Ana Piñon-Williams, 38, and Jessica Montague, 31, were all brutally murdered at SunTrust Bank on Wednesday.

Two of the victims were newlyweds. One was a mother-of-seven, another a mother-of-five. Four were employees of the bank and one was a customer.

Zephen Xaver, 21, has been charged with five counts of premeditated murder after he allegedly stormed into the Sebring bank and killed the women. He is being held without bond.

Xaver, who was wearing a bulletproof vest, made all his victims lie down on the lobby floor before shooting them in the backs of their heads, according to an affidavit.

Watson, the sole customer in the bank at the time of the shooting, has just gotten married earlier this month to the 'love of her life'.

She tied the knot with Tony Watson, her partner of five years, and excitedly announced the news on her Facebook on January 3.

Watson was known as an animal lover, caring for two Shih Tzus, chickens, and goats at her home in Venus.

She also made her own jewelry and often sold them at flea markets and auctions with her best friend Marilyn Martin, who called her 'one of the absolutely nicest people I've ever met'.

'She's the first real true friend I ever had,' Martin told Highland News-Sun. 'She was one of those people who would do anything for anybody.'

Jessica Montague was a mother-of-five who had been excitedly planning to celebrate her one-year wedding anniversary next week before she was killed.

Montague, who worked as a teller at SunTrust Bank, shared a three-year-old child with her husband Jermaine Montague.

Jose Sanchez, a regular customer at the bank, said she was 'always happy'.

'She loved her family and the life she lived,' Sanchez told Inside Edition

'That smile on her face, you can't miss that smile on her face because that smile will make you smile. She was totally awesome. Totally awesome.'

Ana Piñon-Williams was a mother-of-seven who loved her job at the bank and her co-workers.

'We will never forget Ana, she will forever live in our hearts and minds,' Tim Williams, her brother-in-law, said in a statement on Thursday.

'We do not know what was going on in the mind of the individual who committed this atrocious act, but we do know he was influenced by the darkness in this world.'

'We will not try to understand the darkness, but we will with God's help overcome it.'

Marisol Lopez was a mother-of-two who taught Sunday school and sang choir at her church Nuevo Pacto.

Nearly 200 people gathered at the church on Thursday for a candlelight vigil to honor her memory.

Shelley Speight Lopez, who had interviewed Marisol for her first job at a SunTrust Bank in Lake Placid in 1998, paid tribute to her on social media on Thursday.

'It only took about five minutes for me to know that she had the job,' Lopez recalled.

'What always stood out about Marisol was her kindness, her giving heart, her sweet spirit, and her willingness to help everyone. She never complained, never lost her temper, and had a work ethic second to none!'

'Yesterday, the world lost this amazing lady in a senseless tragedy. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Marisol and her co-workers. But I am forever grateful to have known her. She was a special person who will never be forgotten.'

Debra Cook, who worked as a teller at SunTrust, was a grandmother-of-two. She had been married to her husband Michael Cook since 1984 and also had two sons.

'Zephen Xaver knowingly and intentionally took the lives of our sisters, our mothers, our daughters, and our co-workers,' Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund said during a press conference on Thursday morning.

'Perhaps most unfortunate is that now we refer to them as victims of a senseless crime.'

Hoglund said investigators have found no connection to the suspect and any of the five victims.

Authorities believe it was a random act and that no one was specifically targeted. It remains unclear if Xaver chose the SunTrust Bank 'for any particular reason' but police said there is no evidence he was trying to rob it.

The lone survivor of the shooting was an employee who had been in the bank's break room just before Xaver walked in.

They escaped out the back door when gunshots first rang out and, after getting outside, called 911.

Shell casings from Xaver's 9mm handgun were scattered on the floor. It remains unclear if the firearm was obtained legally.

SunTrust banks will observe a moment of silence Friday to honor the five women.

The moment of silence will begin at 12.36pm, the time that Xaver called 911 on Wednesday and said 'I have shot five people'.

'We now begin the healing process,' Hoglund said. 'We attempt to make sense of a senseless act. We mourn the loss of our peers, our mothers, and our daughters.'

Xaver allegedly opened fire on SunTrust Bank around 12.30pm on Wednesday.

But Xaver refused to surrender when police descended on the scene of the mass shooting with hostage negotiators, still hoping that people were alive inside. The doors of the bank were locked.

After more than an hour, Hoglund ordered a SWAT team into the building. They had to use an armored vehicle to break through the front doors.

By then, all the victims were already dead. Xaver, who was wearing a beige was T-shirt depicting the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, surrendered and was placed under arrest.

Following the shooting, Xaver's ex-girlfriend revealed he had always been fascinated with death.

Alex Gerlach, who dated Xaver on and off for three years after they met at a psychiatric hospital, said she has long tried to warn people about the ex-boyfriend who she said 'wanted everyone to die'.

Gerlach also revealed that Xaver had bought a gun just a week before the shooting and showed her a picture of the firearm.

She said 'no one thought anything of it' because Xaver had always liked guns.

State Attorney Brian Haas has said he will seek the death penalty.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
