«Breaking News» Hazlewood to return for NSW in one-dayer

The rehabilitation of Australia's fast bowling cartel is nearly complete as Josh Hazlewood is set to return for NSW in Thursday's domestic one-day cup qualifying final against Victoria.

Hazlewood hasn't played a top-line game since Australia's last Test in South Africa in April, and missed the upcoming tour of Pakistan after suffering a stress fracture in his back.

It comes after Pat Cummins returned for the Blues against Queensland on Monday from his own back injury, while Mitchell Starc also battled a leg injury through the winter after being injured in South Africa.

Hazlewood had first returned for St George in Sydney grade cricket last month, as part of the attack that the suspended David Warner whacked an unbeaten 155 for Randwick.

"It's probably been the longest period of the last five or six years where I haven't played a game," Hazlewood said.

"You can bowl in the nets all you like but I think getting back out in the middle ... there's a few things you can't replicate in training.

"It's just about getting that rust out and hopefully bowling well (and) contribute to a few wins."

Both Cummins and Hazlewood are aiming to return for Australia in their one-day match against South Africa in Perth on November 4.

The Blues must beat Victoria in Thursday's knockout match at Drummoyne Oval to advance to the semi-final against Western Australia.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
