«Breaking News» Susan Lucci, 71, of All My Children and Dancing With The Stars says she works out SIX times a week

Susan Lucci is still in very good shape at the age of 71.

That's because the All My Children vet hits the gym an impressive six times a week, she told Women's Health magazine.

'I try to take one day off, because you're supposed to take a day off,' said the brunette beauty who grew up in New York. 'But I'll always do something, because I find my body craves it.'

And her schedule is not as crazy as Mark Wahlberg's - he admitted to waking up at 2:30 to exercise and doing a second round before dinner - she is careful.

'I like to work out first thing in the morning,' said the Emmy winner.

'Because then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself.'

Two years ago, when she appeared on Dancing With The Stars, she revved up her routine.

'I knew I’d have to step up my program, to get an even stronger core to be dancing on the show,' admitted the TV queen.

Lucci swears by her Pilates Pro Chair, which costs nearly $200 on QVC.

It's designed to target certain body parts like abs, thighs, and butt.

The moves are pure Pilates. Susan said she does '10 moves a day on this machine,' and adds 30 to 100 reps each.

The star also joked she would like to be taller.

'I want to be 5ft8in,' the cover girl said with a laugh. She stands at 5ft1in.

'And I'm hoping I can get there through stretching—right now I’m five foot two on a good day.'

The siren also shared a video with Women's Health where she illustrated her workout session.

The soap star wore a black tank top that put her toned arms on display and added multicolored leggings and had on no shoes.

She sat on a black and steel chair that had different levels for a Pilates workout.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
