American reality TV star Kaitlyn Isham attended an invite-only party held at Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian's $100million Bel-Air estate last week.

And the former Seven Year Switch star, 29, revealed on Thursday the surprising techniques she used to secure herself a place on Dan's exclusive guest list.

'I'm not just a pretty face, I'm very smart and strategic when it comes to getting into these celebrity parties,' she told Sydney breakfast radio show Kyle and Jackie O.

Kaitlyn claimed she landed an invite after offering to send Dan nude photos of herself and promising not to bring along any 'ugly' friends. (Dan did not request any nude photos).

'I'm not going to lie, I sent some pictures over and I did send a couple of nudes, and it worked!' she confessed.

After attending the launch party for Dan's new cannabis company last week, she claimed that only 'attractive women' were allowed inside.

An Instagram exchange between Kaitlyn and Dan reveals she offered the professional poker player explicit images in exchange for an invitation.

Dan responded: 'Text your full name and your details. Can you invite some hot girls. Ugly ones won't get in. Very strict guest list this time.'

Kaitlyn insisted the photos she sent were 'very artistic nudes' that were originally taken for a 'coffee table book'.

In response to Dan's request to invite 'hot girls', Kaitlyn told Kyle and Jackie O that she didn't let her 'ugly' friends attend with her.

'It's a dream of mine to hook up with Dan - he's the Hugh Hefner of our time,' she added.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Dan Bilzerian for comment.

Earlier this week, Kaitlyn said of her encounter with Dan: 'He didn't get my number but I'm hoping I made a good enough impression for the next party.'

The outspoken blonde, who famously brandished a sex toy on Seven Year Switch, also admitted to throwing herself at the so-called 'Instagram King'.

Dan is reportedly worth $100million, having made the bulk of his cash as a high-stakes gambler after developing his skills at the University of South Florida.

'I introduced myself to him as "his next soul mate!" I told him our astrology signs are compatible and that I want to be his future baby mama,' Kaitlyn said. 

Dan apparently politely laughed off Kaitlyn's offer before excusing himself and mingling with other guests at the party.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
