Ariana Grande has broken her silence following the sudden tragic death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.
Instead of words the No Tears Left To Cry singer shared a simple black and white image of the rapper - who passed away Friday aged 26 from a suspected drug overdose - on Instagram.
The photo appears to have been taken by Ariana, 25, as she stands over him while he sits on a patch of grass gazing up at her.

The Self Care rapper went into cardiac arrest in a bedroom at his home outside Los Angeles around noon Friday, and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene, according to a report by TMZ.
In footage shared by one of Miller's fans that emerged on Saturday, the rapper could be seen in good spirits the night before his death as he played the keyboard while streaming live on Instagram to the delight of his followers.
Following news of Miller's death Ariana's Instagram was flooded with comments from trolls accusing her of causing her ex-boyfriend's apparent overdose.
Ariana ended their two-year relationship in May. She is now engaged to SNL star Pete Davidson.

'Although the two ended their relationship, Ariana always shared a deep connection with Mac and wanted nothing but the best for him. Ariana is very upset,' one source said.
'Despite their split, Ariana had always been supportive of his sobriety,' a second source added.

Miller famously helped Ariana overcome her grief after a terrorist attack at her Manchester concert in May last year. That June he went back to England with her to put on a defiant performance at a tribute concert she arranged.
The pair remained loved up until May this year when they suddenly parted ways.
Ariana addressed the breakup in an Instagram story, writing of Miller: 'I respect and adore [Malcolm] endlessly and am grateful to have him in my life in any form.'
Less than a week after the split, Miller - who had long battled substance abuse and addiction - was arrested for driving while drunk after he crashed his SUV and fled the scene.
After the arrest Ariana tweeted: 'Pls take care of yourself.'

Ariana was also blamed for Mac's car crash. However, she hit back, insisting she was not his babysitter.
'I am not a babysitter or a mother and no woman should feel that they need to be. I have cared for him and tried to support his sobriety & prayed for his balance for years (and always will of course) but shaming/blaming women for a man's inability to keep his sh** together is a very major problem.
'Let's please stop doing that. of course i didn't share about how hard or scary it was while it was happening but it was. i will continue to pray from the bottom of my heart that he figures it all out and that any other woman in this position does as well (sic).'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
