President Donald Trump returned from South Florida on Sunday afternoon after spending the weekend at his Sunshine State retreat of Mar-a-Lago, playing golf and raising money for a second term in the White House.
Mr Trump managed to raise millions of dollars from one of his first major fundraising efforts this year for his 2020 re-election bid.
Trump managed to pull in $7 million from GOP donors over the course of two events held at his private members club at Mar-a-Lago, the Republican National Committee said Sunday.

The fundraisers donated money to Trump Victory, a joint fundraising group that comprises of Trump’s re-election campaign and the Republican National Committee.
The President also gave a speech at the Sunday event, which GOP officials said they expected 475 people to attend. Around 300 people were at the Friday night fundraiser according to the Sun Sentinel.
Many of the top contributions came from business executives in the state including sugar magnate Florida Crystals, developer GL Homes and fast-food chain Wendy’s.
Campaign records show that the President's personal campaign ended 2018 with $19 million on-hand - a number which will surely increase as his re-election campaign moves into high gear.

The Kushners waited until the President had departed before making their own way back to their Washington D.C. home
Their son Barron, the president’s daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner and their children were also on the flight and posed for photographs on the tarmac before leaving Andrew's Air Force Base in Maryland.
The First Family then departed to the White House on board Marine One helicopter conveniently dropping the trio on the South Lawn.
While the President, his wife and their son walked out of Air Force One using the main staircase and entrance, the Kushners and their children Joseph, Arabella and Theodore were forced to use the rear stairs.
The Kushners appears to be in high spirits as they made their way to the awaiting motorcade with the children smiling at the gathered press who were there to welcome the family.
Trump's return to the capital came a day before he is expected to unveil his proposal for the nation’s 2020 budget, which is expected to include an $8.6 billion request to fund a southern border wall.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
