«Breaking News» Terrifying moment two men and their dog capsize as they try to power through a wave in choppy waters

Two men and a dog were thrown into rough seas after their small boat was struck by a wave and capsized. 

The alarming footage sees the two men sail their fragile vessel on the choppy waters, just off the coast of Noosa in Queensland, on Sunday at about 6.20am.

Appearing to be oblivious to the high swell, the men, along with their pet dog, continue to sail on the increasingly rough waters. 

But the men soon find themselves in a dangerous situation when the boat is confronted by a series of perilous waves.

One of the waves launches the boat into the air, before it slams back down and capsizes.  

The two passengers are left stranded in the water, and can be seen clinging onto the capsized boat in a desperate bid to escape the dangerous waters.

After 15 minutes of struggling, strong winds across the river mouth sweeps the upside-down boat back to shore.

The choppy waters, just off the Noosa coast, in the Sunshine Coast, were due to a particularly high tide 

While the two men are helped by Noosa Coast Guards to fix their boat and haul it back to land, the dog can be seen standing on the sandy shore and apparently fine.

The video of the hazardous incident has since been shared to a Noosa Fishing social media page.

Alongside the short clip, a post confirmed that both men and the dog had made it back to land unharmed. 

'No one hurt, fortunately.

The men were then helped by coast guards to fix the boat and haul it back to the sandy shores

'The dog recovered first and could be seen running up and down on the beach with a stick,' it read.

While many social media users were glad to see the men and the dog had survived,  some questioned why they had taken the boat out in such adverse weather conditions.

'Glad they're [okay] but that was sheer stupidity at its best,' wrote one.

'It comes down to impatience, the weathers bad it'll pass, do something else for the weekend.

'The good weather will return[,] be patient and simply wait till conditions are better,' another added.

'In a tinny with massive swell and no life jackets on... what could go wrong,' a third wrote.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
