Donald Trump Jr triumphantly walked into the offices of the Fox News Channel in Manhattan on Monday evening feeling vindicated by the Mueller report findings.
‘It feels pretty good,’ the president’s eldest son said as he walked into the News Corp. building in New York City.
Don Jr appeared on Tucker Carlson’s 8pm talk show.
As he was walking into the building, Don Jr was asked about his reaction to Attorney General William Barr’s summary of the Mueller report, which stated that his father and his campaign did not conspire with Russia during the 2016 campaign.
‘We knew it was this way all along, but I guess it took a long time for the media to realize it,’ Don Jr said.
When asked about the reaction of the American people, the president’s son said: ‘I think they get it. I think they’ve gotten it for a long time.

He appeared on Tucker Carlson's show to discuss the Mueller findings, which include no evidence of collusion with Russia by the Trump campaign
‘It’s nice to see it finally come to fruition.’
Don Jr added: ‘Hopefully the rest of Congress starts moving on [and] starts working for the American people, for a change.’
It has been a good day for Don Jr and all of Trumpworld, who were not only celebrating the Mueller report findings but also the apparent downfall of a longtime Trump foe, lawyer Michael Avenatti.
Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell on Monday blocked a second attempt by Democrats to pass a measure aimed at prodding the Justice Department to release to the public the special counsel’s report.
Earlier this month, the House of Representatives voted 420-0 in favor of making the report public, with no Republican opposition.
On Sunday, Barr informed Congress that Mueller had concluded that President Trump’s campaign did not collude with Russia to influence the outcome of the 2016 election.
But the probe left unresolved the question of whether Trump engaged in obstruction of justice.
'There is no good reason not to make the report public,' Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said.
The Justice Department has not said whether it will release Mueller’s full report, but Barr has said he will be as transparent as possible.
McConnell, noting that it took nearly two years for Mueller to conduct his investigation, said: 'It’s not unreasonable to give the special counsel and the Justice Department just a little time to complete their review in a professional and responsible manner.'
The legislation does not set a deadline for the release of the report, and merely expresses Congress’ desire that it should be made publicly available.

The chairman of the House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, Jerrold Nadler, a Democrat, said on CNN on Sunday that he would 'try to negotiate' with the Justice Department to obtain the full report, but the committee would issue subpoenas and litigate if needed.
Trump vented his anger on Monday at the Mueller inquiry and vowed investigations into unnamed political enemies who did 'very, very evil' and 'treasonous things.'
Trump pledged new investigations but did not specify who would conduct them or who should be targeted.
Trump in the past has called for investigations of Hillary Clinton, the Democrat he defeated in 2016.
Avenatti, who represented adult film star Stormy Daniels in her legal battles with Trump, was charged on Monday with what prosecutors said was an attempt to 'shake down' Nike Inc for over $20million.
Avenatti, who was also hit with separate embezzlement and fraud charges in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, was arrested in New York.
Avenatti said he's 'highly confident' that he will be fully exonerated.
'As all of you know for the entirety of my career I have fought against the powerful. Powerful people and powerful corporations. I will never stop fighting that good fight,' Avenatti told reporters in New York during a press conference Monday night.
'I am highly confident that when all of the evidence is laid bare in connection with these cases, when it is all known, when due process occurs that I will be fully exonerated and justice will be done,' Avenatti added after he was released on $300,000 bail.
Earlier on Monday, a subdued Avenatti, appeared in the courtroom wearing a dark gray suit, sitting with federal public defenders.
'When due process occurs I will be fully exonerated and justice will prevail,' Avenatti said outside the court following the hearing.
Michael Avenatti (pictured Monday night) said he's 'highly confident' that he will be fully exonerated for allegedly trying to extort $25million from Nike to keep quiet about the 'college basketball scam'
'As all of you know for the entirety of my career I have fought against the powerful. Powerful people and powerful corporations. I will never stop fighting that good fight,' Avenatti told reporters in New York during a press conference Monday night
Avenatti was released on $300,000 bail Monday night after being hit with the charges earlier in the day
Avenatti was hit with an extortion charge in court papers filed earlier on Monday by the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Those charges are the result of Avenatti's alleged attempt to receive $25M in payments from Nike. He's seen in court Monday
Prosecutors said Avenatti and another lawyer, who was not named in court papers, met with Nike’s attorneys on March 19 and told them they had a client, a former amateur coach, who had evidence Nike employees had bribed top high school players to play for Nike-sponsored college teams.
The other lawyer, an unnamed co-conspirator, was identified by The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, citing sources, as high-profile Los Angeles attorney and CNN contributor Mark Geragos.
Geragos did not respond to a request by Reuters for comment. A spokeswoman for CNN said Geragos was no longer with the network.
According to the criminal complaint, Avenatti told Nike he would go public unless it paid his client $1.5million and hired him and the other lawyer to conduct an internal investigation for between $15million and $25million.
Avenatti also offered to accept a $22.5million payment for his silence, prosecutors said.
A former executive at Nike rival athletic shoe maker Adidas was recently convicted in federal court in Manhattan of participating in a similar scheme, part of a sweeping probe by prosecutors of corruption surrounding the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
The case has ensnared several prominent basketball coaches.
In one call, Avenatti threatened, 'I’ll go take ten billion dollars off your client’s market cap ... I’m not fucking around,' according to the complaint.
Geragos, who has represented celebrities such as Michael Jackson and Winona Ryder, is defending the actor Jussie Smollett, who is charged with falsely reporting he was the victim of a racially motivated attack in Chicago.
It was not clear why Geragos has not been charged in the Nike case.
The charges came shortly after Avenatti said on Twitter he would hold a news conference on Tuesday to reveal 'a major high school/college basketball scandal' reaching 'the highest levels of Nike.'
'A suit and tie does not mask the fact that, at its core, this was an old-fashioned shakedown,' Geoffrey Berman, the U.S. attorney in Manhattan, told a news conference.
Nike said in a statement it 'will not be extorted' and alerted investigators to Avenatti’s demands immediately.
Federal prosecutors in California unveiled separate charges against Avenatti on Monday, accusing him of misusing a client’s $1.6million settlement to pay for his own expenses as well as those for his coffee business.
He was also charged with defrauding a Mississippi bank of $4.1million in loans by submitting false tax returns for 2011-2013 that inflated his income.
Avenatti faces up to 30 years in prison on the most serious charge in California and up to 20 years for the top charge in New York.
He gained international notoriety for representing Daniels, the porn star whom Trump is accused of paying off during the 2016 presidential campaign to keep quiet about an alleged affair.
Earlier on Monday, Don Jr tweeted: 'Karma's [sic] a b****, huh. #basta'
Don Jr added that 'MAGA' actually stands for 'Michael Avenatti Getting Arrested'
Last year, Avenatti predicted that Don Jr would be 'indicted before December 31, 2018. Don Jr reminded his Twitter followers of the tweet and added: 'How'd that work out for you buddy?'
Don Jr also tweeted that Avenatti 'might just get to share a cell with Michael Cohen!' Cohen is President Trump's former lawyer who was sentenced to three years in prison for lying to Congress and other crimes
Trump has denied having an affair with Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.
Avenatti had previously tweeted that he knew Don Jr would be indicted as a result of a federal investigation.
'Donald Trump Jr. will be indicted before his birthday on 12-31-18. If you doubt my prediction, please check my record over the last 7 months. #Winning,' wrote Avenatti last year.
Don Jr wasted no time in responding to the news of Avenatti's legal woes on Monday by retweeting the lawyer's post from last year and stating: 'How'd that work out for you buddy? #basta.'
He also tossed out a few other tweets, including: '#MAGA - Michael Avenatti Getting Arrested!!!'; 'Good news for my friend @MichaelAvenatti, if you plead fast enough, you might just get to share a cell with Michael Cohen!'; 'Karmas a b***h huh. #basta.'
His former client also showed little love for the lawyer on Monday.
'I made the decision more than a month ago to terminate Michael's services after discovering that he had dealt with me extremely dishonestly and there will be more announcements to come,' said Daniels.
'I ask that the media respect my decision to withhold further public comment regarding Mr. Avenatti at this time.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
