But Simone Callahan pulled off her most impressive move yet on Tuesday. 

Showing her strength and flexibility, the 48-year-old did a headstand immediately after climbing out of the pool in a sexy black swimsuit.

The mother-of-three flaunted her toned figure and trim pins as she exited the water.

Celebrating International Day of Happiness, Simone wrote an inspirational caption to accompany the clip.

'International Day of Happiness. We can’t always be Happy as life needs to be balanced with all emotions,' she penned.

Simone continued: 'I often do to see what connection it creates! Most of the time they smile back , but if they don’t I don’t take it personally, one of the Four Agreements I live by, Great book.

'I was very happy when I did this video and phone fell over and it didn’t smash on the stone ! Happy Face Wishing everyone a day full of Happiness #internationaldayofhappiness,' the caption ended.

The mother-of-three recently revealed she will be flaunting her age-defying figure to raise awareness for women's health.

After The Real Full Monty was a hit with viewers when it aired last year, Channel Seven has unveiled the star-studded line-up for their female version, 'Ladies Night' to support the cause.  

On Monday, Simone shared the exciting news and official promo picture to fans on Instagram.

'Looking forward to being part of this Amazing group of Women for One Night Only,' she wrote.

Transforming her figure after turning to yoga following her high-profile divorce from cricketer Shane Warne, Simone told the latest issue of New Idea she signed up to 'spread awareness and inspire women to look after their well-being.'   

Meanwhile, former beauty queen Rachael Finch, 30 will also join the line-up, alongside Home and Away stars Georgie Parker, 54 and Lynne McGranger, 66.

Additional participants include Australian Idol Casey Donovan, WAG Nadia Bartel, who recently welcomed her second son, and Ella Hooper, the lead singer for Aussie rock band, Killing Heidi.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
