The actor hit a sidewalk after bumping into a homeless man's cart - which was actually a baby carriage - filled with empty aluminum cans.
This comes almost a month after the star was feted in style after he won the Best Actor award at the Academy Awards for his performance in Bohemian Rhapsody.
On set: Rami Malek was spotted literally running into a homeless man in Uptown Manhattan while filming scenes for the final season of his hit USA Network series Mr. Robot.
Malek was decked out in all black, wearing one of the black hoodies his character Elliot Alderson is usually seen in.
Rami also was wearing black pants and black shoes on the Uptown Manhattan set.
He was seen running down the sidewalk when he runs into a homeless man pushing a stroller full of cans, which dumps onto the sidewalk.

The USA Network announced in late August that it had renewed Mr Robot for a fourth and final season.
Production got under way this winter, with the final season slated to debut sometime in 2019, but no premiere date has been set at this time.
Malek returns alongside Christian Slater, Carly Chaikin, Portia Doubleday, Martin Wallström, Grace Gummer, Michael Cristofer and BD Wong.

After Malek wraps on the final season of Mr Robot he may be heading back to the big screen, in a big way, joining the James Bond franchise.
The actor has entered final negotiations to play the villain in the currently-untitled James Bond movie, known as Bond 25 since it is the 25th movie in the franchise.
There had been scheduling conflicts, but Collider reported at the end of February that his agents managed to come up with a shooting schedule that could accommodate Bond 25 and Mr Robot.
New movie: Malek has also been set to voice the character Chee-Chee in the live-action/CGI hybrid The Voyage of Dr. Dolittle, set for release on January 17, 2020

Robert Downey Jr is playing Dr John Dolittle, one of the live-action roles, with Michael Sheen and Antonio Banderas.
Also lending their voices to the animal characters in the film are Tom Holland,Emma Thompson, Ralph Fiennes, Marion Cotillard, Selena Gomez and John Cena.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
