This is the photograph that possibly saved the suspected victims of child abuse and neglect in Kentucky.
Olive Garden waitress Jordan Cooper, 21, was horrified Sunday night when she witnessed Mark Lee Pierce, 33, and girlfriend Jessica Woodworth, 36, dining at the Paducah restaurant with an 11-year-old girl and a 20-month-old baby she claims appeared 'black and blue with bruises'.
'I first walked around to the baby. She looked at me with a face that said help,' Cooper told WPDS. 'I can't even describe to you how bad she looked and how and why nobody noticed it.'

Staff were concerned for an 11-year-old girl and a 20-month-old baby at a Kentucky Olive Garden on Sunday so they secretly photographed group and took their licence plate number

Waitress Jordan Cooper, 21, claimed toddler was 'black and blue with bruises'. The eight-month-pregnant woman said the baby 'looked at me with a face that said help'
The eight-month-pregnant staff member was alarmed at what she saw when a blanket over the child's head came off while she was sitting in a high chair.
She claimed in an interview with Yahoo Lifestyle the man 'shoved bread sticks into her mouth and said, "You'd better eat this" and got in her face while she whimpered.'
Cooper said she couldn't function and the man waiting the group's table had trouble doing his job without alerting the diners that something was wrong.
After consulting her co-workers, Cooper says one worker at the restaurant secretly captured a shot of the group while taking a photograph of the table near them.
The image shows the male suspect wearing a green shirt and the toddler dressed in purple.
Olive Garden's unsuspecting customers were asked via a note to send the image to Cooper's phone as soon as they left the restaurant, but by then Pierce was already anxious, the waitress claims.
Cooper struggled to work as the man allegedly 'shoved bread sticks' into the baby's mouth at the Paducah restaurant
Cooper later published the image and details in Facebook post shared 14,000 times. Followers helped ID the group and they told authorities, who later removed the children from the home
She told Yahoo the man had already made two trips to the men's bathroom with the younger child and wasn't carrying a diaper bag so she followed and asked what he was doing on the third.
Cooper said it prompted the man to quickly leave, request the bill and hop in their car. The witness stated that when she followed them out to take down the licence plate information: 'They drove away so fast, the mom didn't even strap the baby into her car seat.'
After contacting the police and the Department of Children and Family Services, Cooper couldn't rest without knowing something was being done so she took to Facebook to share what happened.
Posting the image of the group, in a post that has since been deleted, she told social media followers: 'Tonight working at Paducah Olive Garden, I had a couple that came in with a child that was severely beaten in the face. Her face was black and blue all over.
'The guy in this picture was force feeding her food down her throat and grabbing her by her shirt and getting in her face…I couldn't serve because my heart hurt so bad.'
The post was shared 14,000 times and Cooper says her 'phone would not stop going off'.
Cooper said she 'couldn't serve because my heart hurt so bad'. She said she 'heard the conditions of the home were so horrific, a police officer had to collect himself outside'
It prompted her Metropolis 911 dispatcher friend to run the information by the Paris Police Department which is where the couple lives in Tennessee.
Law enforcement said they found the baby with bruises from her jawline to her hairline and sleeping in a Pack and Play in the adults' bedroom when they carried out a welfare check.
The worried mother-to-be told Yahoo Lifestyle: 'I heard the conditions of the home were so horrific, a police officer had to collect himself outside.'
DCS took both juveniles into custody after the infant visited the emergency room.
Pulaski, Illinois woman Woodworth and her boyfriend Pierce were being held on child abuse and neglect charges at Henry County Jail, each on $200,000 bond.
Dispatcher Aaron Caldwell praised Cooper for the Facebook post.
'There's a lot of times we don't find people like this,' the father-of-two said to WPSD.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
