All other things being equal, NFL free agents would prefer to sign in warmer, player-friendly environments like Dallas or Miami, and are generally oppose to colder, duller cities like Buffalo, Cincinnati, and Detroit.
Sports Illustrated asked 15 anonymous player agents for their clients' theoretical top- and bottom-five free agent destinations if salary were not a consideration - and as one agent told SI, 'weather and [sex] are huge factors.'
The top five destinations included the Dallas Cowboys (11 votes), Seattle Seahawks and Miami Dolphins (8 votes each), the Los Angeles Rams (7 votes), and the Atlanta Falcons (5 votes).
Players are apparently less interested in playing for the Buffalo Bills (12 votes) and Oakland Raiders (11 votes), which were named the least desirable free agent destinations, followed by the Cincinnati Bengals (8 votes), Detroit Lions (7 votes), and Cleveland Browns (6 votes).

Dallas Cowboys players are given 'first-rate' treatment, according to one NFL player agent
According to one agent: 'It's an interesting question because players don't really know, so they just look at city and nightlife and a bunch of s*** that doesn't matter.'
Another agent laid out the considerations besides salary: 'There are so many factors to consider and every player is different, but typically we look at winning culture/tradition, opportunity [for playing time], income tax laws, market, area of the country, and sometimes weather.'
The SI article came about after former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown reportedly killed a trade to the Bills because he did not want to play in Buffalo. Ultimately Brown was dealt to the Raiders.
According to the agents, Dallas ranked atop the other 31 NFL teams because the Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones 'spare no expense' on player luxuries.
'They just treat the player first-rate,' said one agent.
One agent explained Atlanta's popularity by saying it's 'America's black mecca,' while another called the city 'the capitol of the south.'
The Rams, on the other hand, appeal to free agents because of the team's new practice facility and its new stadium, the latter of which is currently under construction.
'Hot team, new stadium, new facilities,' said one agent.

The bottom five organizations were the source of some debate, according to SI.
The Browns came in as the fifth, but as one general manager explained, things are changing in Cleveland under general manager John Dorsey, who made a big splash earlier this week when he traded for New York Giants All-Pro wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
'The players don't know it yet, but John's changing that place for the better,' said the agent.
Another agent said the 'new regime in Cleveland is fantastic.'
After winning just four games between 2015 and 2017, the Browns went 7-8-1 in 2018.
Like Cincinnati and Cleveland, Detroit was seen as having a boring night life, but the Lions also suffered because of the perception of coach Matt Patricia, who was hired after a successful stint as legendary head coach Bill Belichick's defensive coordinator in New England.
One agent called the Lions coach 'Matt "I think I'm Belichick but I haven't done s***" Patricia,' while another said the entire organization is 'just a poorly run, low-budget operation.'
The Raiders, meanwhile, have been playing in the outdated Oakland Coliseum while they await the move to Las Vegas in 2020, where the players can enjoy a new stadium and practice facility, not to mention Sin City's notorious social scene.
Some agents said that Browns general manager John Dorsey is making Cleveland a more desirable place to play, while others said Lions coach Matt Patricia is souring players on Detroit
While Buffalo is not known for its night life, former Bills receiver Jordan Matthews credited the atmosphere in western New York State for his son Josiah.
'There wasn't anything to do there but each other,' Matthews said in September.
Matthews and his wife, National Women's Soccer League star Cheyna Matthews, were married in 2017 and welcomed their new son Josiah on August 24.
'We always say we got a Buffalo baby,' Matthews said, as quoted by Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
The fact that Josiah was born in August suggests he was conceived during the winter, when Western New York is typically pounded by feet of snow.

In the winter of 2017-18, Buffalo was layered with 112.3 inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service, which is the most the region received since the winter of 2014-15.
In December alone, there were six 'lake effect events,’ which were particularly harsh for areas east of Lake Erie.
The region often uses snowfalls to predict a rise in the birth rate.
In 2015, after a pair of snowstorms dumped a remarkable 70 inches of snow over Buffalo over five days, officials at the Mercy Hospital told the Associated Press they experienced a 'mini baby boom' roughly nine months later.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
