«Breaking News» Miami-Dade cop relieved of duty after shocking video shows him forcibly detain black mother

A Miami-Dade policeman was relieved of his duty after shocking cellphone video showed him violently detaining a black woman who called 911 to tell them that a man had threatened to shoot her.

Dyma Loving, 26, and her friend, 22-year-old Adrianna Green, were leaving a South Miami-Dade residence when Green's 50-year-old neighbor allegedly called the women 'wh***s'.

Loving admitted to throwing a plant in the neighbor's - identified as 50-year-old Frank Tumm in police reports - yard after he continued shouting insults at them, the Miami New Times reports.

But Loving and Green were forced to call authorities when Tumm - who is white - threatened to shoot them with a shotgun, saying he would 'shoot my burnt blacka*s face off my neck.'

The wild March 5 video shows the moment officers respond to the residence at SW 113th Place and SW 201st Street.

While five officers arrived at the scene, an officer identified as Alejandro Giraldo can be heard telling the woman that she needs to be Baker Acted.

'I wanted to call my kid,' Loving shouts. 'I just said I wanted to call my kid. My phone is dead. What do you not understand?

Giraldo takes the woman's arm and yanks her to the ground, putting her into a headlock and throwing her across the cement

Loving can be heard asking why does she need to be reprimanded and asserts that she needs to go charge her phone to call her kids, but the officer grabs the woman and pushes her up against the fence.

'Do not touch me,' Loving is repeatedly heard stating as Giraldo and another officer start trying to put handcuffs on her. She instructs Green to film the whole ordeal

But Giraldo then takes the woman's arm and yanks her to the ground, putting her into a headlock and throwing her across the cement.

'He just thought that because he was in this uniform he was the king of the world,' Loving told Local 10 News

Supplemental incident reports indicate that Loving was 'acting belligerent and would not obey commands' adding that she was also 'upset, very irate and uncooperative.'

'He just thought that because he was in this uniform he was the king of the world,' Loving said of the officer, who she said made her scrape her arm on the cement

Miami-Dade Police Director Juan Perez addressed the video on Wednesday, stating that the department would get to the bottom of the incident.

'I find the actions depicted on the video deeply troubling and in no way reflective of our core values of integrity, respect, service, and fairness,' he said in the statement.

'This is why last week, upon becoming aware of the video posted on social media, an immediate inquiry was initiated which resulted in the involved officer being relieved of duty and of his role as a field training officer.

'An investigation into the entire incident is currently ongoing and upon its conclusion, I will hold those that violated any of our policies and/or procedures accountable for their actions or lack thereof.

Tumm was not charged with anything in connection to the incident.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
