«Breaking News» Lena Dunham poses completely nude as she uses strategically-placed pig snout and bee emoticons

Lena Dunham is showing off her artistic side - and plenty more, for that matter.

The Girls star, 32, took to Instagram Stories on Wednesday with a series of posts documenting art she's produced in the form of portraits she's drawn of herself, as well as famous friends Emmy Rossum and Emily Ratajkowski.

Dunham also shared a nude selfie in which she strategically positioned a pair of pig snouts and a bee to cover any physical areas deemed inappropriate by Instagram.

The Golden Globe winner foreshadowed the series of posts earlier this week with a shot of her art tools alongside two renditions of a person's body, with the caption: 'When you tell me to "send nudes."' 

The New York City native also shared her artistic interpretations of friends such as songwriter Gracie Abrams, writer Rachel DeLoache Williams, model Tess Holliday, and actress-dancer Angela Trimbur, among others.

Meanwhile, Dunham is no stranger to revealing shots, as she has long been a torch bearer for the body positive movement, posting a side-by-side shot to Instagram last summer in which there was a weight difference of 24 pounds.

She said that at 138 pounds, she was 'complimented all day and propositioned by men and on the cover of a tabloid about diets that work,' while also 'sick in the tissue and in the head and subsisting only on small amounts of sugar, tons of caffeine and a purse pharmacy.'

At 162 pounds, Lena said she was 'happy joyous & free, complimented only by people that matter for reasons that matter,' and 'subsisting on a steady flow of fun/healthy snacks and apps and entrees.'

She added, 'Even this OG body positivity warrior sometimes looks at the left picture longingly, until I remember the impossible pain that brought me there and onto my proverbial knees.'

Dunham, who appears in the upcoming Quentin Tarantino movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, spoke to The New York Times Wednesday about her friend Amy Schumer, and the bond they share often being the targets of vicious social media scorn for their outspoken social and political views.

'It’s a pretty specific experience,' she told the newspaper, adding that 'most people don’t know what it’s like to open social media in the morning and hear you are physically, socially and politically worthless.'

Dunham hailed Schumer as 'titanium,' adding that 'part of her skill is the ability to make it look easy.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.

Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
