In an interview with new! magazine, the 32-year-old also said she regrets wasting two and a half years of her life on her jailbird ex, Joey Morrisson.
Lauren said: 'I bumped into Mark the other day. I didn't realise it was him. I saw his body and thought "I know that body" but it was a lot smaller.

'I looked and smiled and Michelle was there I'd happily say hello but he looked in the other direction. It was fine. It was like they didn't even know me.'
Despite them splitting up for good in 2011 and Mark, 32, marrying Michelle, 31, in 2015, Lauren, who dated Mark on and off for 12 years, had more to say.
She said: 'He was obsessed with me and I was obsessed with him. Sex keeps you together as well, so we had the connection.'
Lauren was seen out with Joey last month, who left prison last September after serving nine years of a 16 year sentence for possession of a firearm, kidnap, blackmail and actual bodily harm, but she insists she is single.

The star shared a cosy selfie of herself with her jailbird ex, 33, to her Instagram in the early hours last month, which she deleted just hours later.
Posing with another male friend, Lauren tagged Joey in the post and added the caption, '#family', followed by a tongue out emoji.
But she has since said she has no sexual feelings towards Joey and said she is 100% 'over it'.
Lauren, who revealed that she has also secretly been dating her ex Jake McLean for another six months recently, said she regrets the time wasted on Joey.

Last week, Lauren was seen on Instagram, embarking on a question and answer session with her followers, during which she candidly admitted she wanted a child.
As she remained quiet over her relationship status, when a fan quizzed her: 'Would you like to have a baby?', she simply responded: 'Yes, badly'.
She also told the publication: 'I'd give it all up for a family and security. I'm so scared of falling in love again.'

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
