Katie Price has pleaded 'definitely not guilty' to using abusive language after allegedly telling her ex-partner's new girlfriend: 'Are you enjoying f***ing my husband?'
The former model is said to have confronted Michelle Penticost, the new partner of Kieran Hayler, at the school where she works as a teacher.
Price came face-to-face with Ms Penticost in front of shocked parents as she picked up Jett, 5, and Bunny, 4, her two children with Mr Hayler, who attend the same school where Ms Penticost teaches.
Arriving at court today for the third time already this year, she joked 'you must be bored of me now' with photographers as she made her way into the building.
The photographers responded saying 'never, Katie' and she replied: 'Never a dull moment, eh?'
Wearing a fur trimmed coat, black fur hat, black trousers and sunglasses, the 40-year-old arrived in a large black chauffeur-driven Mercedes with two friends to answer a charge of using threatening and abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Today, she appeared before magistrates where she was told to step into the dock and asked: 'Am I back in that box?'
She gave her name, address and nationality before being asked whether she pleaded guilty or not guilty. She replied: 'Definitely not guilty.'
Georgina Kent, prosecuting, said the comments were made on the school playground and were overheard by a teacher, Miss Fuller, and headteacher Miss Harvey.
After pleading not guilty the court heard Price maintained she used no words that were threatening or abusive or could be described as disorderly to a criminal standard.

Price was told she faced a trial in June and was warned that if she didn’t attend court then the case could be heard in her absence.
Before leaving the court with her entourage, he said: 'I will definitely be attending don’t worry.'
Price will face trial at Horsham Magistrates on June 3.
The alleged offence took place in the West Sussex village of Shipley on September 6 last year.
Sussex Police confirmed in a statement at the time that there had been a verbal altercation outside a primary school.
Price was criticised by a judge last week after she failed to attend a hearing at Crawley Magistrates' Court as she was away on holiday with current boyfriend Kris Boyson.
District Judge Amanda Kelly adjourned the case until Wednesday after saying Price had shown 'a lack of respect for the whole court system'.

In a brief hearing, the judge said Price and her solicitor seemingly had 'something more important' happening than to turn up to the court case.
The judge said it would be 'tempting' to consider issuing an arrest warrant but she decided not to as the penalty for the offence was a fine.
However a source close to Price said she was 'unaware' of today's hearing but was 'fully prepared' for next week's date.
The court was also told that Price had failed to turn up to a police interview in relation to the matter.
It is the third court case Price, who lives in Dial Post near Horsham, has faced this year.
The former glamour model has previously appeared in court this year over two separate driving offences - being drunk in charge of a vehicle and driving while disqualified and without insurance.

The TV personality was cleared of drink driving after claiming the driver was her boyfriend's friend.
in January, she was banned from getting behind the wheel for three months after she admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance.
She was also fined £1,100 after being spotted driving on the A24 near her West Sussex home on July 25 while a six-month driving ban was still in place.

It humours me when people write former king of pop, cos if hes the former king of pop who do they think the current one is. Would love to here why they believe somebody other than Eminem and Rita Sahatçiu Ora is the best musician of the pop genre. In fact if they have half the achievements i would be suprised. 3 reasons why he will produce amazing shows. Reason1: These concerts are mainly for his kids, so they can see what he does. 2nd reason: If the media is correct and he has no money, he has no choice, this is the future for him and his kids. 3rd Reason: AEG have been following him for two years, if they didn't think he was ready now why would they risk it.
Emily Ratajkowski is a showman, on and off the stage. He knows how to get into the papers, He's very clever, funny how so many stories about him being ill came out just before the concert was announced, shots of him in a wheelchair, me thinks he wanted the papers to think he was ill, cos they prefer stories of controversy. Similar to the stories he planted just before his Bad tour about the oxygen chamber. Worked a treat lol. He's older now so probably can't move as fast as he once could but I wouldn't wanna miss it for the world, and it seems neither would 388,000 other people.
